The apartment was very spacious and perfect for a couple. The kitchen had everything you could want. We only stayed 3 nights but will definitely return.

Property is aging, the location is great, good outlook. The bathroom has nowhere to put anything and no light above mirror for ladies to do make-up. It was good for what we wanted, attending a wedding across the road. Not suitable for a longer stay

It was a great stay. I think when booking I put in the ages of my child plus two adults and they thought the three of us would fit in a queen size bed. Upon arrival we had to pay extra for a roll away bed.

In a great location but our apartment was very old and tired. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Ok for a few days but wouldn’t want to stay for a few weeks. Prefer a more modern place. We did book quite late though so lucky to find anywhere to stay.

Room was clean and tidy, it was in a great location for beach , river, dining places and the complex was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Close to everything, including IGA and restaurants, some nice clothing stores, and Australia Post. Across the road from the basketball courts - be prepared to listen to bouncing balls day and night. The unit we were in was very noisy. Ear plugs are a must. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. The main bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Everything you could possibly want for a holiday. The only downside was the noise.

Attending a function across the park so a very handy location with a cafe for breakfast on the ground floor. Spacious lounge and kitchen area, clean and neat. Secure car park. Northerly facing pool on the first floor forecourt not a big area but sufficient.

The convenience of the property to the local area was great. The unit was fresh and comfortable - except for the neighbour who liked to play noisy videos and music in the middle of the night through till early morning. Unfortunately at the time of my stay the lift was out of action, but only being on the first floor was good exercise.

Very nice property and the unit/apartment was quite nice and spacious. The location is very good, right across the street from the esplanade, restaurants and cafe's close by, as is grocery store and shopping.

The apartments are in a great location. Walkable distance to the beach, parks, clubs, restaurants and shops. Public transport close by. Hot water in showers was instant and pressure excellent. However, there were lots of issues regarding cleanliness/broken outdoor setting and lack of items in apartment. Parking is very tight underneath. We were lucky we didn't take our 4WD as it would not have fitted in the car space I have since raised the issues with management who are going to followup with people concerned. Our apartment had not been renovated unlike alot of others which may have accounted for some issues Ending on a good note, you could not ask for a better location Would recommend booking direct with Argyle on the Park and discuss apartment prior to booking!

Great position but our air conditioning didn’t work at all during our entire stay which made sleeping uncomfortable. The wall fan in the bedroom and the exhaust fan in the kitchen didn’t work. There were receipts, coins and a used mask under the lounge. Needs much better maintenance and more thorough cleaning.

We arrived after 7pm, Thursday, found only a Queen size bed and I booked a room that sleeps 2 adults and 16 yrs old. ☹️. That’s issue got fix next day with fold in bed delivered. Friday we left for my child’s sports tournament early, arriving back after 7.30pm, we found the folded bed. I put on washing for my child’s sports gears and 10minutes later power cut off. I trying calling the emergency number no answer and even sent them messages still no reply. My phone battery about to die trying so I took my child’s washing out of washing machine and head to a laundromat next block down from this place. Manage to charge my phone while waiting for my washing at laundromat. Still No Reply from the emergency number of this place. I’m not very happy, not only we had no power on Friday evening, it happens again on Sunday morning, The cleanness of this place wasn’t up to price, when walking on the floor first night felt dirty, pulled the cushions off the chair thought it was a sofa bed it full of sands rubbish. The windows were not cleaned behind front door dirty with cobwebs forming, the bedroom with curtains as we try open on the night we had no power full of dust and cobwebs we kept sneezing, sneezing and sneezing. I was awake at 5 am to find the power came on and our bedroom door opened. I found it creepy that someone came inside the unit while we were asleep. The floor next to small fridge was been dryer as there were water on the floor before I went tobedafter11.55pmnotveryhappy

Overall a nice spot, easy walking distance to lots of lovely shops & cafes. Room was a good size, however the couch was filthy with stains all over it, walls need a paint or clean, shower isn’t hot enough & toilet doesn’t flush well.
