The location is good, beside the highway exit. parking is convenient, staff is nice. however, the design and facility is aged. but properly maintain. sky lounge is a good place for chill out.

Room was well maintained. There were only bath towels but no face / hand towel in the bath room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has a nice sky bar. Buffet breakfast was good at myr 25 per person.

nice hotel, bad management.
The towel is old and yellowish, but still in use. The amenities quality very bad, toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever seen. The manager afraid to face me when I have complaint and let me wait for 20 mins. The tiles for swimming pool has peel off, never repair. Nice hotel, bad management. Good luck!

The bed linen is dirty. One Indian female staff at the counter is arrogant and rude. Breakfast is bad. Won't step in the hotel again.

Hotel is close to Highway exit so easy to get to. Lobby is bright and spacious. Checkin was quick. Room was a good size and very clean. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was good although mostly Malay dishes so those who want more western choices may be disappointed. Nice that there was the bar/lounge on the rooftop for an evening drink. At first I thought the room might be noisy due to the location close to the toll booth but was pleasantly surprised as we heard little during the night. Overall a very good stay

Hotel was below my expectation. Business Executive Room but service was below par. Only good was the F&B Manager Elangovan who took initiative to call and meet next day to address our disappointment. Poor towel and bathroom amenities. Fridge not topped up on 2nd day. Staffs were not aware of their own service and kept referring to other department.

Pure Stay
The hotel is new and staff are also new. The room is nice and spacious, value for money. On saturday, it was raining heavily, and we could hear thumping noise next to the room. I peeped out and I saw a huge string attached to perhaps a baloon, being blown hard by the wind, creating distrubing thumping sound. Upon arrival, as we were parking our vehicle, there was was stinking drain smell, really bad. On Sunday, the phone was out of service, unable even to contact the reception. I guess, all these stand to be improved and Pure will get more repeat customers.
