Staff was nice and the continental breakfast was great but this is a very old facility and needs some maintenance. The windows didn’t even have safety guides like modern hotels to keep children from falling out. The bathroom we had in our room had moldy caulking and rust everywhere. Pillows were also more like squares than rectangles…bring your own pillows.

Really hate to leave negative reviews but I don’t want someone else booking before they know what they’re getting into. The rooms are very run down, my back and next are sore after two days of sleeping on their mattress. It was an extremely busy weekend in Spokane with multiple sports tournment and the prices of hotels were insane, I still paid top hotel prices for a really crappy stay. I think our room was right about the pool as it’s smelled terribly of chlorine, upon arrival to the room I checked the bed for bugs (usually don’t feel the need to do so but I did here) I didn’t see bugs but it had appeared someone previously maybe vomited off the side of the bed and it was simply wiped up and concealed with sheets. The TV would work, the cable box might have been plugged in incorrectly, I called twice to have someone come look at it and no one ever showed up so we never had access to the TV, having kids would have made that a little easier. The second night we were getting back to our room I overheard another guest telling the front desk her car was stolen, she was going to call the cops. All in all, if you can avoid it, I just would.

Old, run down and dirty. Smelled like urine and weed. Just an overall gross facility. Staff, when not out front smoking was friendly at least. Wyndham should probably take their name off of this property.

I made a reservation here only because I wanted to use the hot tub , and it’s “closed for cleaning”. I’m glad they are cleaning it but I am tired of making reservations at places that say they have a hot tub, and it’s closed, needs repairs etc etc. this happens more times than I can remember. Ridiculous!

When we arrived, we waited for 3-5 minutes at the front desk before being greeted with "Sorry, I was outside vaping". The whole lobby reeked of cigarettes. When we got to our original room, the bathroom, toilet and sink were not properly cleaned. The toilet seat had a plastic screw to secure the seat to the base sitting on the back of the toilet in plain view. The seat was not attached to the base. We got a different room which was a little cleaner but when we went to get into the bed we found a pair of mens socks at the base of the bed covers which is quite offputting. The lobby was loaded with homeless people rummaging through the coffee bar and hanging out. The parking lot was not well lit and was also loaded with homeless people. Two people who were clearly living in their vehicle were having a shouting arguement about misplacing an item in the loaded full vehicle. I just assumed that it was drugs that they were looking for. The breakfast was not attended and the pans were empty and dirty. No eggs or bfast meats available. We opted to go out for breakfast instead. We stayed at this place in 2018 and it was not top of the line but was also not run down to this point. Very disappointed in our stay.

You pay for what you get. No complaints whatsoever because we knew what we were getting ourselves into, but if you were looking for a family-friendly hotel you may have to look elsewhere. The building is old, but the rooms were kept clean. Breakfast has scrambled eggs and sausage, but that's really it. It was disappointing for a hotel breakfast, but we still got it so again no complaints. The area feels unsafe, but as long as you mind your own business or come with a positive attitude, it was fine. The highlight is the staff. They are the best. I got to talk to one of them and they are friendly and helpful. Each time I asked for a towel, they were able to get it for me. Room service does not come everyday, but that was okay. Overall, this is your average place and perfect if you're just looking for a place to stay.

Hey it's a run down part of town.. room is good.. zero complaints.. the pool is good the hot tub is good.. Parking lot is a Break in waiting to happen trap.. It's a Tuesday and the front desk puts someone right beside us..5 floors.. C'mon..

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Stains on the bathroom wall and a clogged sink that brought up prior customers’ beard trimmings. We went to front desk and were offered 2 separate rooms on same floor. Both had issues (light that wasn’t working, full trash cans and doodles left on table.). The facility was run down and carpets in the hallway were stained but they weren’t vacuumed either. The same cheezits and green tortilla chips were scattered on the floor for our 2 night stay.

this place is in a good location to down town spokane. there is a lot of thing to do around there that dose not take a long time to get too.

There was bed bugs and or fleas biting me throughout the night. I couldn’t rest. When I went to the front desk the clerk said they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there until Monday.

We didn’t like the parking situation. The closest parking spots were marked for loading and unloading(5 spaces).At the end of those spaces was one handicapped space which we are entitled. So we parked at the end (handicapped) space while all the “loading” spaces were taken by other guests! We were there for 3 nights! I don’t know if the other guests asked about parking there or not. I guess we just weren’t smart enough to ask! On another note—we want to acknowledge the lady who takes care of the breakfast room. We observed that she also collected trash from the parking area, mopped the area outside the elevators after swimmers went through with wet feet, switched the motel laundry from washers to dryers and still greeted guests with a smile! We just neglected to get her name but she needs to be acknowledged with gratitude!

This was a horrible experience. I wouldnt stay here ever! Its dirty and the staff was incredibly rude. Nasty place...keep looking!

Great location. Only 10 minutes from Trader Joes. The room was very classy.
