It is bare bones but comfortable. The shower is incredibly small but works just fine. There's just enough room for two queen size beds, a desk and two chairs. There is a small kitchenette alcove with a two burner stove, refrigerator and microwave, plus pots, glasses, plates and silverware. I'd stay here again for the beach across the road and the magnificent sunsets. The proprietor is also very warm and helpful.

OK for beach access
The only redeeming feature of the motel is the proximity to the beach. Our room was dirty when we arrived with dead bugs and spider webs throughout the room. There was a mysterious goo on our blanket

Beautiful location close to geen port.traffic a little stressful to cross over to beach they need a light by the hotel.Room clean nice having the kitchenette

Great Value Motel!!
Great value motel. Great location for visit to North Fork. Beautiful view of the water and each room has a table with umbrella and 4 chairs in front. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking. We had a fridge, oven and microwave. Only drawback was the bathroom set up - the toilet was too close to the wall which made it uncomfortable.

Absolutely Perfect!
This motel was absolutely perfect! Each room has its own little table and chairs with a gorgeous water view! The town beach on the Long Island Sound is literally steps away across the street! The rooms were clean with little kitchenettes including a full fridge and stove! Nice wood laminate flooring so no dirty carpets to walk on. The absolute best place you’ll ever get for the price! I will 100% be coming back here!
