This was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was good, the bartender made great margaritas, and it is within walking distance of other local restaurants and coffee shops.

Our flight out got cancelled, and the folks at the Westmark went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering to setup late checkout, holding our luggage for us and even setting up an evening shuttle to the airport. I wish more hotels provided that level of service.

The Westmark was fine for one night. I would not want to stay here for a duration of time. It is old and outdated. Felt slightly unclean. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Fire alarms @ 1:30 AM
Our stay was great! Except for the Fire Alarms going off at 1:30 in the earlier AM. Then again within and hour of returning to our room. Which caused a 6 hour flight delay. Due to the Delta flight crew was also staying at the Westmark!

Two nights in Sitka
Hotel needs an update. Bathroom fan attached to lighting and made constant noise. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location for hitting the major sights.

Worth considering. Terrific staff. Great location.
Terrific, helpful staff. Great location. Great shuttle service. Our room (a double facing in land) was a bit cramped but I think other water view doubles may be larger. Staff offered to have us change rooms which was appreciated but we were only staying a couple nights so we didn’t bother. Comforable beds and pillows but the covers were a bit much for the warm June weather. Our dressser had seen better days - it was pretty beat up. Huge fridge. Shower/bathroom all good. I didn’t check out the fitness center.

Nice hotel in a great location
Nice, quaint hotel in a great location downtown within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment. Friendly service and a terrific restaurant too! Very clean and comfortable rooms as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Westmark was truly something special from the staff checking you in to the restaurant full of bubbly and inviting characters. The rooms were nice and because they were slow they let us check in early. Beautiful views all around!! If you are going to stay anywhere stay at westmark. Their restaurant was also absolutely amazing.
