The air conditioning didn’t work on the first night, which in Singapore is excruciating. They tried to fix it but then moved us to another room for the night which smelt stale. They took most of the second day to fix the room we were originally in, meaning we couldn’t easily access our stuff or change and basically had to be out in what we wore the previous day. I definitely won’t go back or recommend.

First time we have been to Singapore and loved it, we felt the hotel was close to everything and the staff were extremely helpful and could not fault their service. Would definitely stay here again.
