Booked the "Standard Queen" for 4 nights: not a "Queen" bed, no fridge, no window, no separate exhaust fan switch so the fan is on all night, quite noisy in the early mornings but worst of all, the bathroom image is deceptive and does NOT look like what is shown; it is less than HALF the size, the toilet/basin/walls are drenched when you shower, there is mould and a strange white discharge on the floor. It was unpleasant. Even worse, Value Hotel appears to be aware of the deceptive image but was not willing to resolve; said it was Hotels.com problem (not theirs). Poor customer service. Location-wise, it is a far from Novena MRT and the walk is challenging with construction and uneven/narrow pathways all along way. Only positives: the aircon was good and there is a free water cooler/dispenser on the ground floor. All in all, would NOT recommend.
