The location was great, food courts, shopping, MRT, buses all within walking distance. Having a washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities and a good size fridge was fantastic as this meant we could pack light and cook meals on days we preferred to eat in. I would definitely recommend this property

The venue was clean and well kempt, with bi-weekly room cleaning and refreshing of towels, bottled water, toilet paper, and beddings. Clarke Quay and Plaza Singapura are both within easy walking distance which makes it a nice location as well. I also enjoyed the welcome gift and the staff were always friendly. Overall a good stay.

Great stay, good value. Only quibble is they no longer provide a good set of pots, pans, plates. Kind of a cheap way to skimp on costs. When we stayed 2 years ago, they did provide these basic items and it made a world of difference.

Good: - location very handy if you need to be in or near orchard, or nearby buses go to bugis, chinatown, CBD in one direction and orchard, tiong bahru in the other - rooms relatively big since building is relatively old, predating trend for tiny rooms - the reception staff generally helpful and available whenever needed Bad: - terrible yellow flourescent lighting in the rooms makes it impossible to work or relax, it's like living in a restaurant kitchen - strange smell of damp and/or stinky aircon leaking freon every time you enter the room, permeating all your clothes and giving you headaches - poorly equipped kitchen, but in singapore who needs a kitchen - often hard to sleep at night because of frog noise (really!), road noise, neighbour noise, ancient aircon end of life noise - analog TV cable poor quality picture not making use of the HD television, poor selection of channels, TV not setup/tuned correctly. Can just plug in a chromecast though. - the pool is always filthy because of the daft design of the building leading to leaves and insects falling in it constantly. Also always too cold because it doesn't get any sunlight on it. Stupid architects don't think about how their designs will work in practice. - tiny dining table - no desk or writing table, and no office chair (I asked for one and got given a broken spare one from their onsite office...) - poor quality sofa, hard with no extra cushions - poor quality bed, bedding, dreadful pillows, and poor quality towels

The liner and bath sheets are worn out. Very cheap stuff. They don't keep any coffee tea items in the room. Electric kettle had Australian plug and we had to buy a plug to use it. The manager is a grumpy guy. Staff are not bad

Good value serviced apartment in River Valley
Stayed here for ten nights in January with my wife and toddler. It was just about big enough for us to eat and watch TV etc while our son slept in the evenings. A large cot was provided. Considering the competitive price, if there were a few improvements I would give this property five stars: - The kitchenette was not fully equipped e.g. there were no tea towels to dry dishes with; there was only one cooking pot and it was huge so not ideal for cooking small meals for my son; there was no frying pan or wok - The paintwork is in need of a touch up e.g. bathroom ceiling, ceilings in the common areas - No phone in the room so we had to walk down to reception to speak to anyone - The TV was very old and in need of replacing Otherwise this is a good value option in a very good location.

Good location - walk to Somerset and Roberston Quay. Spacious rooms and lots of natural light and greenery through the windows. Excellent showers! Comfortable beds and soft, clean linens. A lovely rooftop garden with great views. However - it could have been better equipped. No toaster, for example (we bought our own). The lounge was old and very uncomfortable- springs poking into the back - and can barely fit three people on it. The tv had basic cable and no connectivity options. No real hot water in the kitchen. And it would benefit from double glazed windows to keep traffic noise out at night.

Safe, clean & pleasant Oxley Thanksgiving Serviced Residence. Great & convenient location; with lots of restaurants/ eateries within walking distance from where we are. Transitional 'home away from home'
I stayed in a studio room at Thanksgiving for 2 weeks in January 2021 during a relocation from Singapore. I had my pet cat with me. The room was nothing fancy but was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. The washer/dryer was a bonus and there was even a fold-out clothes rack provided. The large windows that open to allow plenty of fresh air are wonderful. There was loads of storage space in the room and if a fabulous shower is important to you, look no further! Housekeeping (2x per week) was included in the room tariff and the efficient cleaning staff responded well to requests. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and were available at all hours. Due to flight cancellations my accommodation dates changed and there was no problems with fee adjustments even though I had booked at the lower, non cancellation rates. The property is conveniently located near bus stops and a shuttle bus to MRTs is provided each weekday morning. My room was towards the side of the property that overlooked Oxley Rd and could get a little noisy during busy traffic times. My room was larger than others that I had been shown on a previous visit so to me, the trade off was worth it and I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others that are seeking a spacious room with a kitchenette which will feel like a home away from home.

Perfect location and beautiful apartments. Only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the apartment itself, not just in the bathroom. Perhaps hung on a wall or back of door if possible.

All staff were very nice and welcoming to us on our stay. Close to everything thing. MRT service and busses were very close and easy to catch and cheap. I would recommend using them on your stay. Property was clean, bed was good, but new pillows would be nice and they weren’t comfortable to us. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

A great option near the CBD of Singapore
Booked for a business trip in Singapore. Thanksgiving Serviced Residence met expectation and was a very pleasant place to stay. The service was decent and the accommodation was self catering, but we ate out most days. The location is fairly central so nowhere was more than a short cab away.

Basic serviced apartments located not too far from Orchard Road, Clarke Quay and Fort Canning Park and walking distance to three MRT stations. Rooms are fairly basic but workable and you get what you pay for so some of the finer touches are missing (like dishwashing liquid and tea/coffee supplies). Overall was good value for money especially if travelling with children Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

The property is new and well kept. Location is great; within walking distance to public transportation. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The washer/dryer combo, microwave, refrigerator, iron all worked. There was an ironing board and drying rack in the room. Wifi worked all the time and was included. There was more than enough space to store my two suitcases in the room. The safe did not fit a laptop. Complaints: the mattress is very hard and soundproofing is minimal. I would stay here again.

Excellent Extended Stay Location in SIngapore
The Thanksgiving Serviced Apt is very conveniently located to Somerset Mall & MRT station. There is a grocery store two blocks away and Somerset is 4 blocks away. It is close enough to take a morning walk/run down to the Singapore River all the way to Marina Bay. The furnishing are a bit rudimentary and could use some upgrading, but the facility is in general nice.

Lovely serviced apartment, close to Orchard Road.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Well equipped rooms - great if you're staying for more than a few nights as each studio room has a fridge/freezer and basic cooking facilities. Great location - walking distance to Orchard Road and River Valley Road. It probably needs to be clearer on Expedia that this is NOT a hotel - it's a serviced apartment, which means no hotel facilities such as a bar/restaurant/rooms service/laundry etc. However, it's great if you need a decent base to stay whilst you explore the city or go to business meetings.

Excellent location,
The room is nice and spacious for Singapore. Excellent food choices closeby, anytime of the day. The gym has little to offer and the pool is small. I like the location, close the everything, but on a small street with some green and quiet.
