All what is pretending about the 4 star isn't correct, moreover the hotel earns only in my view two star; here is why: no telephone in room to call reception or to accept calls from outside or to call outside! Also the wash bassinet is on a balcony outside the room, do you think i want to shave and wash my teeth in view of public? Also the place was not clean and has much bad constructive appearances. The people of the hotel not much cooperative, except the lady of the reception, all others at reception not professional and not courteous. The kindness staff from hotel was only the restaurant personnel with compliments to Mr Christian, servent and their Chef Cook, all the rest wasn't a pleasant stay, smell of fungi in room noisy place due to surrounding construction, and the transport to room was not there when needed. The seats of the swimming pool VERY DIRTY. I would only go back if they kindly apologize sincerely and if they provide me some great proof of good will, otherwise it should have been a total refund from Expedia or the Hotel itselves, it was really unpleasant and arrogance with no care, can not be bothered service of 2 star instead of 4 star hotel. No laundry except after 3 days as such not at hotel same or morning after. All is really bad service.
