This is a fantastic find particularly for an extended stay (more than 2 or 3 days). With a small kitchen, washer/dryer and sitting area in our unit, we were very self-sufficient and able to accommodate different sleep schedules (critical when you are coming from the States).

First impressions are important and I was very impressed with what I saw. The hotel is an older building but with all Fraser's properties its their attention to detail that was most evident. From check-in to check-out I could not fault anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed having you as a guest. My room was apartment style which was perfect for my stay and was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. If I had to find any fault and its just me being picky, it would be the very small bathroom with the layout not very conducive for easy access. Overall I had an amazing stay albeit too short and will definitely stay again. Thank you everyone involved for making this a very memorable experience.

Above average stay
The location is fantastic, but the facility itself is just above average. I have stayed at many Fraser Residences in Singapore and elsewhere, and this was the least impressive. The unit I stayed in was dated, the bedroom small although the living area was big enough. The sink and the shower drains were partially blocked, and so the water would pool when you use them. Staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again but mainly because of the location.

Had an enjoyable week at Fraser Place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, even letting us borrow a power adaptor. The room was spacious and well presented. I was concerned when I discovered our room was directly opposite the lifts, but I didn't hear a peep the entire stay! The courtyard downstairs was kind of a night life area and we did get a bit of background noise from that on the 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, with slightly different items available each day. Some days were busier than others but we always managed to find a table. There were plenty of restaurants around, but all were pretty westernised (mainly Italian) and kind of expensive. It was only a 5 minute walk to Fort Canning MRT, or a nice 15 minute walk along the river to Clarke Quay MRT on the other line. Between the 2 lines the trains pretty much took us wherever we wanted to go - was a great location for getting around! Unfortunately we never did get time to try out the pool, but it looked welcoming and was never too crowded.

We had a very comfortable stay with our family. 2 brm apart was great. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast included in our deal was awesome. Bottled water delivered daily to room. Comfortable Stay in Singapore
Very comfortable and spacious room with good kitchen facilities and small balcony. Bit noisy at night with the ground level restaurants in the courtyard below. The in-bath shower is difficult to enter/exit and slippery, not good for anyone with mobility issues. Would request a walk-in shower for future bookings.

Robertson Walk's front desk and door men were always friendly and greeted us. The breakfast included in the stay had chicken sausage, eggs and toast, fresh fruits, juices, coffee machine for Latte and such, breads and buns - really a very good breakfast for the day.

This property is close to many restaurants and Robertson Walk has a very nice ambience at night. Clarke Quay is within a short walking distance. The metro station is within 8 minutes walking distance of the apartment. The property is very clean. The breakfast wasn’t very good though.

Location,customer service .Thanks to Dean and the Réception for their great help .Big thanks to the Room Service lady Jessie Aw ,she was fantastic and help us about transport guide and the shopping Places Just few Cons:We were told can’t leave the sliding doors open and would have like to at least have two average outdoor chairs on the balcony ,and that’s the reason I always choose balcony places. The shower head very thin and scarce water flow.Also it’s bath shower and fairly high bath to step in and out and have to be cautious not very friendly uses for kids and old people.Would be good if bathroom has a electrical plugs for us ladies ,had to do my hair in the dining area. Apart from this ,very nice and clean Apartment,locations perfect close to pubic Transport and food places. Thanks for your hospitality.

Housekeeping service was excellent, the lady looking after our room was very helpful and ensured we had plenty of water and clean towels. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of food to eat and there was different choices every day, so you didnt get bored with the same food. This hotel does not have a bar or a cafe but it is in an ideal place where there are cafes and restaurants all around and you will be spoilt for choice when trying to decide where to go

Very large and spacious accommodation spotlessly clean. Apartment cleaned every day. Towels changed daily helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent pool. Walking distance to Clarke quey. Large supermarket right opposite. Restaurants right next to it There wasn’t anything to dislike. It was excellent in every aspect.

Highly recommended
Upgraded to 3-bedroom, very clean n open, but had ants on table n cabinet n washer/dryer combo hard to use. Cold Storage grocery store & Starbucks across street. Small shopping mall 5 minute walk away. 90+F so very hot outside but pool for toddlers n pool for older very nice. Daily room cleaning very helpful with family. Worth it for price and location and small breakfast buffet included.
