We had a quite and comfy stay. I booked very last minute (like 10 minute before checking in) and when I walked in there were many people coming in, turned out we booked the last room. I recommend book in advance. Terminal 3 at night was quiet. We had 4 meals (2 per each) for 12 hour stay. It was alright.

For a transit hotel, our check-in process was extremely slow and frustrating. The purpose of these hotels with 6 or 12 hour booking windows is to maximize time to get sleep. The lady who checked us in took about 45 min, and was helping people off to the side.

Efficient but unfriendly service. Good sleep in clean white sheets and reasonable air quality considering it's an internal room.Breakfast can only be taken in your room, delivered like an in flight meal, rather unappealing. Not important though, just the chance to have a decent night in bed in between two long haul legs is all that matters

Very, very convenient within terminal buildings. Absolutely quiet, clean, with all facilities you need to be able to get some rest in transit. Bookable at any time of day or night for 6 or 12 hours. Have used before. Will use again.

Terrible stay, damp room
The room was musty and damp. A dehumidifier was in operation as we entered the room but the damp was obvious. Thankfully, we only had a short stay - if longer, I would have asked to move. Very poor value for money. Not recommended.

Fabulous transit hotel in Changi T3
+ Perfect for a lengthy transit through Singapore with two young kids. + Rooms are always clean, quiet and beds super comfortable + No windows / blackout rooms mean you get a great sleep too - Complimentary meals aren't great but the Airport has numerous options for food - Rooms are expensive for the time you actually get in them and you are sometimes charged extra per person We've stayed here a few times now and it has been great for our family. We will definitely use again!

Staying at Ambassador Transit Hotel is very convenient @ Changi Airport. The rooms are always very clean, beds comfortable and the staff are very efficient. Foot/coffee are always nearby and the signage makes it easy to find the hotel. No need to go through immigration if you are just transiting at Changi.

We used this hotel when flying from Sydneybto the Uk with a 2.5 year old. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is just next to the butterfly garden.

The Transit Hotel at Terminal 3 at Changi Airport is very convenient when transiting through Changi Airport. The location in Terminal 3 is the perfect location to get some sleep, have a shower and late lunch between flights. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. We would recommend the hotel while in transit.
