Property just okay, definitely dated. Wifi is just the Changi airport connection. Served its purpose for shower and rest during layover. Food, pool, gym left much to be desired. There was confusion with pre booked reservation. 3 meals were supposed to be included-upon arrival was told only 1 meal was included.

Check in was difficult and they couldn’t find booking despite having reference number. Swimming pool not available till after checkout time. Air conditioning very loud - possibly not the hotels but the adjoining airport. No glasses out for water at breakfast.

The shower was faulty. When given another to use, the controls were strange. The taps were ornamental. The left control was for outlet selection. Temperature control was entirely with the right control. THIS IS BAD FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. KEEP IT SIMPLE. The air conditioner was also very noisy making it impossible to sleep !!!! A very expensive hotel stay.

Staff were very quick and helpful. They accommodated our request to move our booking to an earlier time, appreciated as we were very tired! Meals were brought out to the dining area quickly and we're delicious.

Excellent airport hotel. The only disappointment was the limited pool hours. Even though we were there for 12 hours the pool was never open during our stay. Otherwise really nice.

We arrived in Singapore at midnight and were instructed to take our luggage to Terminal 4. It took us about an hour to do this task. We would have to return to Terminal 1 to check in and 4 hours later return to Terminal 4. As a result, we never checked in and lost out on the paid night. I highly recommend that if you use this hotel, be mindful of where you need to depart from and ensure that you have enough time.

This hotel was a lifesaver, we had a 6 a.m. flight and not having to go through TSA all over again was the best. The receptionist was decent, the beds in the room were comfortable as well. I would say that you want to put the temperature up earlier if you don’t want to freeze and housekeeping will be there to clean the room as soon as you are ready to check out. Our flight boarded at 5:35 and we were 1 gate over so we didn’t leave until 5:25 and had plenty of time. The only downside is that if you leave the airport you will not be able to get back in until the gates reopen 2 hours before your flight. Also service is rated at a 4 because reception didn’t tell us much about what the airport had to offer and a nice gentlemen at the Hurley store told us that there is a free movie theatre in the airport. It would have been nice if the receptionist told us this a little when we arrived. It’s in terminal 3 and there is a free sky train to get there it closes at 1 a.m. and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Food was alright, but it was not great at least it is included and there are other restaurants in the airport if you are not satisfied.

five out of six meals did not arrive
The air conditioning in our room (it seemed to be centrally controlled) was very cold and rather noisy. Two of our three rooms did not receive the wake-up call. Five of the six meals had not arrived after 40 minutes at which time we had to leave to catch the plane.

Great place to have a good rest.
This hotel was marvellous. The check in was easy and quick. The room was bigger than we expected and very comfortable with lovely beds. The shower was great and it really made a difference to our long journey.

I was not aware I booked a transit hotel for 6 hrs only. Have to add 2 more hours to get the sleep. End up paying us200 for an 8 hr stay. The room had NO window, looked like in a cell.
