Little oasis paradise
Very friendly small haven Staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming Lovely attention to detail A few mosquitos the only down side A refreshing change from the usual look of modern hotels where you could be anywhere. Huge rooms and big enough for family in one room or ask for adjoining on the TOP floor where you have a communal area Darkish as all natural hard wood but cooler as a result. Close to town three dollars in a tuk tuk which is a great way to travel. Far enough away from the bustle. I would come again

Glad I stayed here
I booked in this part of town to be closer to Angkor Park for biking. I'm glad I did. I could sleep in longer and reserved energy with the shorter ride. It also helped me avoid riding in the dark both ways. Besides all that, it was a wonderful stay. The room had personality. Other guests were considerate. Staff was caring and attentive. Not all spoke English as well as others, but the message could always be conveyed. The food was great with prices similar to Pub Street. You can still get into town. Or, you could stay in town a few nights for the excitement then enjoy all this place has to offer for a few nights. (The massages are great.)

Beautiful property, tucked away but close to the sites. The hotel was able to arrange an excellent guide and tuk tuk driver. Lovely al fresco dining, with both an Italian and Cambodian in the kitchen!

Lovely colonial hotel with balcony
This hotel is absolutely stunning but it has some delayed maintenance issues. The staff took care of dealing with it very kindly. The bed we were in made horrible noise and it turned out the frame was broken so they moved us to another room. The shower faucets we're not in top working condition and it was difficult to turn the water on and off. One of the things that was strange was that you only get a certain amount of hot water in the hot water turns off and one has to wait again 20 minutes to get hot water.The swimming pool was lovely but could have been cleaner. While there we met the new proprietor of the hotel named Marco and he was going to come in and make the place in tip top condition and I am sure it will be magnificent when he attends to all of the minor maintenance problems. The hotel was very efficient in arranging transportation for us to and from town for free which a was very nice perk. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again. I must add that the road was extremely bumpy and muddy getting into the hotel and there was construction right opposite of the hotel that was unsightly. But the large rooms were very beautiful and furnished lovely. And the transportation to and from Anghor Wat was very close and easy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Beautiful old building with very courteous staff
We enjoyed our stay in the classical setting of a French villa that has been converted to a hotel. It has a nice restaurant, swimming pool and very comfortable rooms. The staff very very courteous and helpful. They have their own tuk-tuk rickshaw and they were happy to drop us downtown and take us to the airport for free. We traveled for 4 weeks in Southeast Asia and this was best place with nicest people of all the hotels we stayed in.

We loved our stay here! There was a free tuk tuk into town and the service was incredible from the staff. Complimentary, made to order breakfast in the morning and a lovely pool. A/C worked great, too. I totally recommend staying here. Being off the beaten path was great, too.

Great service . You will be feeling as god and owner of this house . The hotel staff is incredible friendly. Hotel is a little bit far away from city center but they have free tuk tuk to drop you off and pick up, free massage one hour. The only thing is poor maintanance of swimming poor

Classy Hotel all the conveniences one needs.
Great place, only 7 rooms, so it's quiet, new, and food is great. I write and edit photography, so a quiet location is important. If I want the hustle of downtown travel, entertainment, the hotel provides a free ride to Pub Street. The breakfast is excellent over a dozen choices. Dinner menu also, all cooked near the dining area. Staff is polite, courteous and attentive. Free Massage, internet, breakfast.

An oasis of tranquility and friendliness
Tucked away down a little lane we were pleasantly surprised to find a charming hotel after arriving in a tuk tuk organized by the hotel from the airport. A warm and sincere greeting awaited us from the hotel staff right at the beautiful entrance and could not fault the attentiveness and dedication shown during our wonderful stay. Tuk tuks were at the ready for the quick trip into the main area and nice to return to the peacefulness of the hotel after the hustle and bustle of the town not far away. Rooms were clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would return again in a moment !

Villa colonial a nice place where you feel at home. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We loved to stay there. We loved the villa with his special flair and his decoration in colonial style. All the employees were so kind . We highly recommend this place when staying in Siam reap.

Very Good Small-Hotel Choice
We had a very good stay at La Villa Coloniale, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a small hotel. The building is very nice and our large room was well equipped and always clean, even if the lack of a bathroom door was a little odd. (The bathroom was tucked away though.) The plentiful staff spoke English and helped us arrange things, while the food was surprisingly good for such a small restaurant with no passing trade. The building is a little tucked away down an unpaved side road and you will need to direct tuk tuk drivers from downtown. Getting to the center is easy though because of the hotel's free tuk tuk service. It's also only a 10 minute ride.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Spent 3 nights at La Villa Coloniale while visiting the wats around Siem Reap. It is located away from Pub Street and the backpacker area, which we loved, as it made for a quiet, relaxing stay. The 24 hour free tuk-tuk service was fantastic, as was the incredible staff. Every person we encountered was lovely, and seemed to anticipate all of our needs! The restaurant provided a lovely breakfast every morning, and we also enjoyed dinner there as well. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something a little more relaxing during their time in Siem Reap!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Its very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, borderline of too friendly. Very quiet at night, can only hear rooster and a dog. Not for the night life guy. I prefer in the middle of the action. Need a Tuk Tuk to go anywhere. They charge $15 a day for the Tuk Tuk as long as you don't go to far or too many times. Then its more. The road to that Hotel is excruciatingly BAD. Hard not to fall out of the Tuk Tuk especially in the rainy season, we even had to get pushed out of the muddy road by many staff . The best place if you like to just stay in the room and read or watch TV. If you like walking downtown and checking out the restaurant and pub and nightlife, not for you.

highly recommended. honest, clean and out of the tourist area.
Superb service from genuinely friendly and caring staff. The feel of the beautiful place is slightly isolated from the rest of the town which for romantic getaways or families with kids is great. I recommend you arrange all your travel through the hotel staff instead of bargaining with drivers in the street. The staff give reasonable, if not cheaper, prices than foreigners are usually able to bargain. Also, many drivers have a hard time finding the hotel since it's on a back dirt road.

Magnificent Villa
Ideal location with a feel of rural environment yet within reach of down-town Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. La Villa gives the impression of French Colonial era, neat and clean with spacious rooms well lighted. Food excellent and prices reasonable compared to Western standard. Staff ever helpful with a smile on their faces at all times.Owner/Manager, Mr Tho Sina, takes personal interest for the well being and comfort of its residents. It was pleasure to stay at the Villa.

Lovely guest house with great service
We only stayed one night here but were very impressed. We made use of the free bike hire and the airport pick-up service was very handy. Staff were always on hand and our stay included a free massage. Lovely location off the main road so it's quite secluded.

Idyllisches, etwas abgelegenes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Es ist an sich ein eher kleines Hotel mit schönem Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal gibt sich große Mühe.

Alte Villa im Kolonialstil
Das "La Villa Coloniale" ist ein kleines, schmuckes, etwas abseits gelegenes Hotel. Durch den hauseigenen Tuk-Tuk-Service kommt man trotzdem schnell überall hin. Der Transfer von und zum Flughafen ist inklusive. Die Kosten für die Tempeltour oder abends ins Zentrum liegen auf ortstypischem Niveau. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool im Innenhof und die überdachte Terasse sind eine Oase zum relaxen. Marco, der neue Eigentümer des Hotels. steht einem bei allem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er hat mir auch einen deutschsprachigen Führer durch Angkors Tempelwelt organisiert. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Investition!

혼자 떠난 여행이라 무척 쓸쓸하고 지루할지 모르겠다고 생각했는데 넘 편안하고 행복한 4박을 보내고 왔어요. 주인을 포함해 직원들 모두 가족같은 분위기에요. 일정 공유하고 친절한 안내와 툭툭대여도 편리했어요. 그무엇보다 사람들이 참 다정하고 순수해요. 벌써 그립네요. 다시 또 들를게요~

Don't miss out on this diamond among stones!
We had a very unpleasant morning before arrival with our phones stolen on the bus, unpolite tuktuk-drivers among other things. La Villa Coloniale was VERY helpful and kind to us upon arrival, gave us phones for lending and we found out the tuk-tuk with the hotel was free inside Siem Reap city! And also reasonable prices for tours at Angkor Wat. The hotel itself was lovely, nice rooms, good pool, very good breakfast, massages, extremely serviceminded personel. The surroundings are calm, quiet and relaxing - no honking cars or partying within hearing range. The beds are somewhat hard but that's how it is in southeastern Asia, we had just as hard beds at all the other hotels we visited in Cambodia - no matter pricerange. This is beyond belief the most priceworthy hotel I've ever stayed at.

スタッフがとってもフレンドリーなホテルです。 客室も７室しかなく、静かでゆったりと過ごせました。 利用客はヨーロッパ系のお客さんが多く、アジア人は私一人でした。 アジアのプチリゾートホテルって感じです。 大きなラグジュアリーホテルをお望みの方は別のホテルへどうぞ。 空港へのトゥクトゥクでの無料送迎、朝食無料、１時間のフリーマッサージ、それから遺跡や街に出る際もトゥクトゥクで送ってもらえました。 遺跡の場合は、大回りルート、小回りルートで料金が違いますが、ドライバーのおにーさんはとても親切で、こちらが遺跡から戻ってくると向こうからこちらを見つけてくれて迎えにきてくれます。 本当に安心して利用できます。 トゥクトゥクの中にiPhoneを忘れてしまいましたが、次の日ちゃんと戻ってきましたし（笑） 朝食を準備してくれた女性スタッフも本当に優しくて、2泊だけでしたが１週間くらい泊まりたいくらい居心地が良かったです。 フロントのおにーさんや、日本語がちょっとだけはなせるおにーさんもみんな親切です。 海外の旅は出会う人で印象がだいぶかわるので、やっぱり良いホテルに泊まりたいですよね。おすすめです！

일하시는 분들의 친절이 눅눅함을 날렸든 곳
빈티지 호텔입니다.객실은 5-6개 정도 ..아주 조용합니다. 여기 호텔이 있을까..싶을 정도의 위치이나 근처 night-market이나 근처에 갈때는 호텔에서 툭툭 써비스를 해줍니다.(밤9시까지 공짜입니다) 툭툭전용기사나 지배인 핍씨가 직접 운전을 해주기도 하는데...아주 친절하고 재미있답니다.또한 아침식사는 여러매뉴중에 초이스 하면 되고 늦게 일어나면 깨우러 옵니다.또한 전체 직원들이 아주 친절합니다.직원전체가 요리사까지 해서 5명. 욕실에 환풍기팬이 없어 불편합니다. 눅눅하다고 해야하나...프랑스풍 건물을 호텔로 사용하다보니 팬설치가 어려워서 그런것 같아요. 한국인은 거의 없고 주로 조용히 와다 가는 유럽인 노부부나 아이없이 오는 아주 조용히 있다 가길 원하는 외국분들이 대부분 입니다. 조용한 곳을 찾는분들께는 추천합니다. 일하시는 분들이 너무 친절하고 음식도 상당히 청결합니다. 단 예민하신분들...벌레 도마뱀 모기 분들께는 비추입니다.

アットホームなホテル
一階のシングルのお部屋に3泊しました。 お部屋は写真通り素敵な内装で、バスタブはないけど十分でした。 ただ…もともと2部屋一室のお部屋だったのかな？？と思ってしまうドアが部屋の奥にあり、 夜中、朝、お昼関わらず、ドアの向こうの宿泊客の過ごす音まで事細かに聞こえてきて落ち着きませんでした(>_<)一階だったから窓も開かず暗かったから残念でした。 ですが、街中までのトゥクトゥクは無料だし、ドライバーさんは運転も上手で親切だったので日中のほとんどを遺跡見学や街中で過ごしたので、ここが安心できて、居心地よかったのはとても良かったことでした。 遺跡見学は別料金ですが、オフシーズンの今はトゥクトゥクを借り切って朝日と夕日鑑賞もして、アンコールワットを一通り夕方まで観光して、30ドルちょっとでした。時間もペースも快く合わせて待ってもらえて楽しめたから本当に良かったです。 宿泊に込み込みの朝ごはんも、ビュッフェではなくオーダーで美味しかったです。 エッグベネディクトと、アジアンモーニングのフライドライスが一番好きでした。 夕飯も静かでのんびりできて美味しかったし、そんなに高くなくて良かったです。 次は違う部屋を予約して泊まりたいです。

I have stayed 3 nites and seen around the Angkor Wat place, where is really located nearby it. Hotel staff are very kind and provided me comfortable stay and some kind of service such as 2 ways transfer between hotel and airport by tuktuk and also transfer to town central for free. Hotel's style is colonial architecture and displays some antique inside. I really liked them. If booking by here, you may need to send your flight schedule(especially arrival) to hotel directly for pick-up arrangement.

Тихий малолюдный отель в тихом месте. До центральной Pub Street езда на тук-туке занимает 5 минут и 2$. Чистый приятный бассейн, три варианта завтрака. Массаж стоит 7$ прямо в отеле, что почти как на Pub Street. В целом неожиданно приятно.

사진에서 보는 그대로 엔틱한 호텔입니다. 한국으로치면 펜션 정도되겠네요. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고, 2012년 신축건물이라 상태도 꽤 좋은 편입니다. 대로변에서 300m 정도 현지인 동내로 들어와야 해서 툭툭이 기사들도 잘 모르는 곳이긴 합니다만, 그래서 매우 조용합니다. (구글 지도 출력이나. 로비에 비치된 약도를 잘 챙겨 두세요.) 약간 외진 곳에 위치 하다 보니 호텔의 툭툭이로 시엠립 공항으로 픽업과 센딩. 그리고, 올드마켓으로의 이동을 무료로 제공해 줍니다. 호텔 조식에 질린 분들이라면,, 이곳의 조식도 새로운 경험일 듯 합니다. 오물렛에 약간의 빵과 베이컨 등을 주문하면 즉시 조리해 가져다 줍니다. 그러나 양은 매우 적다는게 함정. ㅋ 바구니가 달린 자전거도 빌려주니 아침일찍 앙코르왓도 가보실 수 있습니다. 편도 20~30분 정도 소요.

Nice calm hotel nearby Ankor
The stay all in all was very nice. The free Tuk Tuk service into the city was very good and convinient, as the hotel is not in the city Center of Siem Reap. It is in general on half the way from the city center to Ankor Wat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolut gute Wahl mit diesem Hotel getroffen. Schöne Anlage, tolles Kolonial Ambiente, sehr nah an Angkor Wat gelegen, klasse Service. Haben sich um alles gekümmert zu fairen Preis. Besonders unser TukTuk Fahrer war ein Herz und eine Seele. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ganz OK wenn man nach einem langen Tagv nicht noch weg möchte. Wenn man wirklich was mekern möchte, die Beleuchtung vom Pool ging nicht :-) Kann das Hotel nur jedem Empfehlen.

空港からの送迎があるとのことでこのホテルにしました。大通りから少し入ったところにあるのですが、静かでいいホテルです。中のインテリアもとてもオシャレです。ホテルスタッフもとても親切でした。言語は英語で通じますが、一人日本語が上手なスタッフがいるのでその方と英語と日本語のチャンポンで意思疎通は問題なしでした。また、トゥクトゥクをチャーターできるのですが、ホテル専属のドライバーなので一日9時までで20ドルと決まっていて安心です。ホテル側に支払います。その人は英語もかなりクセがあって、聞きづらいですが親切でよかったです。中庭にはプールもあり使い放題です。 空港の迎えは、ホテルのホームページから事前にメールで予約しました。送りはホテルに着いてからでも大丈夫です。 ただ一つだけ、部屋の冷蔵庫があまり冷やせないのが残念でした。 スタッフによると、ヨーロッパからの客は多いですが、日本人はほとんど来ないとのこと。ゴージャスなホテルではないけど、ゆったりと落ち着けるいいホテルなので日本人にもオススメです。

Das Hotel scheint eine ehemalige Villa zu sein und hat nur acht Zimmer, ein kleines Restaurant und einen kleinen aber netten Pool. Insgesamt ist es nicht nur die sehr schöne koloniale Einrichtung, sondern vor allem der unglaublich liebenswerte und aufopfernde Service des dort arbeitenden Personals, das den Aufenthalt so empfehlenswert macht. Zwar liegt es nicht im Zentrum von Sein Reap - und das ist auch gut so - aber das Hotel bietet 24 Stunden kostenlosen Tuktuk-Service an, der einen überall dorthin bringt wo man will. Daß das Hotel sauber und das Essen dort gut ist, ist natürlich auch noch erwähnenswert. Insgesamt also ein volles Zufrieden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder für einige Tage dort ab steigen.

Urlaub im kolonialem Stil
Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Die Einrichtung lässt einen zeitlich in die Kolonialzeit einblicken. Auch der Service ist fast perfekt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
