We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind.

No where near Shanghai
Unfortunately this hotel came up when I search Shanghai...so I booked a room AND paid AUS$460 only to discovered when we arrived in Shanghai that the hotel was apporoximately 200km away therefore I had to find a new hotel to stay at, it was getting dark and definitely not a nice feeling.
