The concept of accomodation is unique and feel like staying at home. The hotel has provided full facilities eg pool TV, kitchen etc.

Not good but fair enough for the price
The private bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, it looked like it was leave it in the same conditions after lasf guest because there were tooth paste, used bar soap, used toilet paper, even rubbish under the bed. the booking was supposed to include “continental breakfast” but was only powder cream coffe and bread, on our first morning the bread was expire (with mould) so we had to buy own our bread for the rest of the stay, do at the end this “continental breakfast” is not a good option. The hotel offered laundry facilities but there was only washing machine not dryer so it’s necessary to dry the clothes in the room hang it on the bed because there are some hangers around the floors but all of them were full of sheets or towels from the hotel. The communal rubbish wasn’t not pick it up dayly so the bins were completely full and I couldn’t use them which was a problem specially after cooking in the communal kitchen. Subway station is not really close, so if you are coming with big luggage is not recomendable because is a long walking.

Friendly host and cosy place
Facilities provided are convenient. A very cosy place to stay together with friends. Walking distance to metro station. Environment is peaceful. Very friendly host!

Best to consider
Extremely comfy stay with clean and hygiene facilities. Owner and his wife are friendly and humble duo, which are very welcoming and adheres to your needs and issues (if encountered). Breakfast are provided, and you basically literally feel like you’re at your own home. Even tho its a slight distance away from the subway station (Korea University) Line 6 exit 3, but it’s nothing a ten minute brisk walk cant do. Consider this stay if you’re looking for an affordable and peaceful environment for whatever purpose!

I need a place close to my friend studying at Korea University and this hotel surely does close to it. The area was quiet and peaceful. The owner know English well which is great. The hotel is also a close to the subway station. By close, you still have to walk for a bit though. For me, that's fine. The place was easy to find, the map and instruction are clear at showing it. Surely a great quiet cheap guesthouse for family and any traveler.
