Hotel and property was nice, but in my opinion the quality probably doesn’t match upto the price they charge. Rooms were fine and staff tried to keep it clean but the flooring in the bathroom itself seemed a lot worn out. Paid Request for extra bed (as part of original booking) was entertained but was terrible, on day-1, upon raising it to service manager an extra layer of comforter was added. As a matter of apology there were some complimentary basket of fruits provided but there was missing cutlery left me wondering how do I eat a dragon-fruit, mangosteen etc and taste of fruits we ate (apples, bananas) left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. Breakfast fruits were far better finely chopped and neatly presented and natural taste as well. Checkin experience was also not so pleasant and clearly not the Bali hospitality you expect (maybe probably because it was not via hotel directly but through a third party), we checked for an upgrade an response was ahh you need check on your booking website.
staff at restaurants (fire, starfish bloo and woo bar), house keeping, pool service was always excellent and lived up to Bali culture (apart from the call service bells by the cabana and pool which never worked once in 3 days we tried). In short amazing property, direct beach access, good restaurants but leaves a bit more to be desired for a 5 start service and the associated cost.
