"Outstanding stay. Positives are outstanding service - restaurant staff were just outstanding. Friendly - remembered their customers liked, the room was brilliant, comfortable clean and quiet, Negatives - the exterior could do with some work - missing tiles in the pool, and lots of moss could do with water blasting away. We had an issue with power blackout in our room 2 days in a row - it was well dealt with and recompensed well. Totally recommend this to anyone. "

"The room is spacious with balcony, the bathroom has both bath tub and shower. Complimentary airport shuttle is available! That saved a lot of hassle! Breakfast was decently widespread, with both Indonesian style and Western/Chinese cuisine. Nice pool area within the hotel and just less than 5 mins walk to the Kuta Beach! Plenty of food options along the streets too! Very conveniently located."

"This is the third time ive stayed at the Kana Kuta. This time i brang my parents with me and they were blown away by the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile. I love the Kana and will only ever come back to this wonderful hotel!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Well geared to families with pool and other activities for children. Food was excellent at 2 of 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful, it was clean and quiet. Caters for all needs on site. Very central to Kuta."

"Amazing report nothing to fault about it. Friendly staff very clean place, clean rooms. No random bugs in the room like some places. Nice breakfast layout. Prime location lots of shops clubs and restaurants on the road. 5min walk to Seminyak beach. Lovely 2 big pools and 1 for kids. Highly recommend Courtyard By Marriott. "
