Un pò disagevole (ma non poi tanto!) la presenza di doccia e lavandino in camera e le scale senza ascensore per i bagagli, ma per il resto silenzio, pulizia ma soprattutto gentilezza al top. "It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children."

"Amazing b&b. We had a large 2-bedroom apartment. Full size kitchen, three ACs, ok bathroom. Small balcony with nice view. High quality towels etc, but no

towels. Big, very nice pool. Simple but very good breakfast included. Great service. What could be better: 1. Small basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil etc should be in the apartment. 2. The scary dog should really be dealt with! 3. The TV is so small that its useless. (Didn't bother us since we had a Samsung Freestyle with us.) "

"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...
