The walls and ceiling are paper thin. The plumbing is loud. The guests were unruly. The towels were stained, windows dirty, there was an empty can of pop under the bed. I got no sleep there. The only good things was that the guest desk did provide a slight discount for the stay.

Finding parking was a challenge. Sink in our room was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Are the TVs just monitors? We could not access any television at all from the TV in our room.

For the price this hotel was fantastic, clean, and the basics to lay your head down. Like that the doors open to parking lot, makes easier for traveling with a pet. Keep the price at $100 and maintain cleanliness, I will definitely come back. Price creep higher and I might consider what other hotels have to offer over this one. There was a resort fee, not sure what that was about but not going to complain as the hotel fee before the rate was impressive for it not being a roach hotel.

The room is clean and fresh. There is everything you need for an overnight stay. There is no microwave in the room, but this was not a problem as there is a bar where you can have a snack. We asked to change our room as it was inconveniently located, and the reception staff kindly did this. We slept very comfortably and peacefully. Breakfast was traditional, but we didn’t expect it to be available at the hotel, so that’s a nice bonus. Thanks to the staff for making our stay here comfortable.

For the price and location, the Sage is a great value! Cute little rooms close to the plaza. The included breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed a couple drinks and appetizers at Social Hour. We didnt utilize it, but saw that there were shuttles ro take you back and forth from the plaza, which is a great ammenity to have and will definitely take advantage of next time. My only real complaint is how noisy the floors are above you if you stay on the bottom floor. You can hear every footstep echo throughout your room of the people above you. Which is bad if you're trying to get some sleep at the same time because the thundering footsteps will wake you up- it was that loud. Other than that, the location, breakfast, shuttle, and restaurant/bar on property made The Sage definitely worth the value!

It has an on site bar/restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Every night they have a social gathering in the evening board games, live music, karaoke. Something different each night. It’s conveniently located. The price is great and the rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

This hotel comparable to a Motel 6. Except a larger but basic breakfast. And it does have a pub. The laundry room was dirty and I lost $4 in machine. Our room spacious, bed comfy, clean except floors. Asked to have floors cleaned but housekeeping never showed. Area good, walkable to Plaza. Will not return.

This property is in a very nice area.I definitely would stay again. I truly wanted to rate this property a 5 but certain things kept me from doing that. The room was beautiful and spacious but we could hear the people above our room walking on their floors,the bed was hard as a rock so if you like firm beds this is the place for you. The water pressure in the shower was very low and also the water did not get hot at all. Now to the reasons why i will be back.The staff was all friendly which is rare at some properties. Property is in a safe location and the breakfast that's included in the stay is basic but delicious and fresh. The evening Entertainment was also great. This may sound like a bad review which it is not it is just an honest review and i would definitely stay here again

The parking lot is a nightmare. Our room was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and in the tub. When I moved one of the pillows,there was a dryer sheet ,of all things! I didn't think hotels used dryer sheets. So who knows where it came from. Our coffee mamer dudnt work. It turned on, wouldn't make a cup of coffee. Then never turned on again. Frustrating. When didn't even bother to complain because when we noticed it was late and it seemed to hotel was full. When I checked out the lady asked how our stay was. I told her, and she offered to take $30 off our total. I didn't ask for anything so I aporeciate the gesture.

I originally had a key card issue for my room & the managers handled it so positively I want to give a shout out to the names : MEGHA, Christian, BJ, & Chad. Amazing customer service to handle the situation quickly. Breakfast is wonderful with the golden waffle machine & snacks. We are grateful to have such a positive stay. Thank you. :)

The staff was amazing! From the minute you walk in, they are attentive, accommodating and simply put, some of the nicest people around! The Breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready. Great Location, easy access to downtown. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Everything was half broken, the shower, the TV had maybe 5 channels when notifying the front desk was told someone would be right there to fix it. The crickets came after that... Nothing was resolved, the breakfast buffet is a zoo. Place is basically an updated dump.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample, though there is a daily charge of $15 for "amenities" that I was told "covers breakfast". Close to the Santa Fe Railyard and the weekend markets that are held there. HOWEVER, this hotel is pet friendly. Our room was adjacent to a room with two large dogs that disturbed our sleep every night. We asked about a room change, and told the staff we would think about it. The desk person didnt wait for us to get back and changed our room. When we got back that night, we were rousted from bed and told that the room we were in was supposed to be empty. Despite the receipt that I showed, we were brought down to the front desk (in my bathrobe) to straighten things out. Turns out the staff person had changed our room without our knowledge.The decor and condition of the room could be described as "shabby chic". Things are worn and poorly repaired. The surrounding area is questionable, and I didnt feel safe walking around. The mattress and pillows were awful. Three pillows were flat, and one was overstuffed and hard as a rock. The mattress was sunken and uneven. The "dog relieving area" was right outside our door where we parked. Many owners didnt bother to pick up their dog's poop. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.
