Property and staff inside is decent but outside of building old and in dire need of repairs. May need to be torn down. Location is wonderful. The restaurant is cute with a wonderful view.

Very comfortable stay. Very clean. Long hallways to and from staircase “C” were a bit daunting for a 76-year-old with mobility issues. Lotion dispenser empty.

The hotel is has a great view of the ocean and is right next to the beach, restaurants, caffé and other businesses. If you're planning a longer stay, just know that NOTHING fits in the mini-fridge, you don't have a microwave in your room unless you have a suite, and the TV only shows cable channels (no access to online streaming services, nor ability to cast from your device). The rooms, however, are of great size, the cleanliness is there, they have a nice bathroom and the hotel is pretty private and quiet.

I know that it’s hard to keep up a property near the ocean, but it looks like the property is falling apart. Also, I have no proof, but I wonder if there’s mold in the room we were staying in because our family of 3 are all experiencing exposure symptoms. The restaurant looked really nice, I wouldn’t extend this review to the restaurant. The hotel itself needs a little love.

I love Pacifica - it's a hidden jewel close to the dirty & aggressive San Francisco area. The hotel has an older classic oceanside feel, but it's worth it for the proximity to the beach and great hikes around. Staff is awesome, beds are comfy. I would only ask the housekeepers to be more attentive to floor care in bathroom area. Otherwise, it's my go-to for the Bay Area.

Great views of ocean. Ample parking. Maid service upon request only which wasn’t a big hassle to let them know. Great price. Very unique layout and confusing at times. Very quiet at night, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach, very relaxing. Overall a bargain for the price.
