Was very disappointed with their airport shuttle schedule. It does not start to run until5 pm. Our flight arrived at 1pm and shuttle wasn't there. On their website it says that shuttle has "limited hours". Very inconvenient! Had to pay UBER $40 for 5 minutes ride to the hotel.

I liked the hotel facilities, lobby, and continental foods that were served during breakfast. The room was tidy, as was the bathroom. However, on my first day of stay, I noticed that the intercom was not working, but as I reported the issue to the concierge, they addressed it properly by checking at once and replacing a new unit. Also, I noticed a bug on the floor. I hope you can always do a fumigation every month. But over all, it was a very pleasant experience. I stay at the Focus hotel for six days for my business trip. I will definitely come back.😀

For the class of the hotel, this was very good. Check-in was very quick. Facility inside was good. Outside appearance may need some work. Breakfast was adequate (juice, bread, bagle, cold cereal, fruit, coffee). Bottled water, soda was available in a vending machine. Several eateries were available within few minutes walk. To and fro airport shuttle was great. I would recommend and stay again.

They need to do some work on the units bathrooms they not really good housekeeping I don't think they do a good clean up on the air conditioner on top it was a lot of ants people work in the front desk I think it did pretty good but that they not all know the property area is pretty good that's pretty quiet

Evening desk clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave good recommendation for dinner within a short walk. Pick-up shuttle at SFO was clearly marked, morning shuttle was on time. Had no time for breakfast, but coffee was good.
