the location right on the beach was great plus the heated pool and hot tubs were my main attractions. Rooms and hotel itself was good but not great. Hotel cafe and parking were extra and expensive, but available. Weather was cloudy and cool each morning but thats San Diego and not the hotel

Older hotel that’s been nicely updated. Loved that it was right on the beach with the boardwalk right in front of the property. Room was comfortable & clean. Pool area was well maintained. Staff was friendly. Plenty of on-site parking for a fee. We really enjoyed our stay. Listening to the ocean was great!

It was not what we expected. We reserved partial view and we had zero view. The frame of the bed injured my husband’s knee really bad and I was bitten by bed bugs.

The only real complaint was the music played at the pool. It drowned out the sound of ocean and was quite irritating.
