Had never had to lay a deposit at any orher hotel i had stayed in before. Place was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good, bot alot of options but it was good. Overall very calm and quiet place.

Inadvertently left a piece of luggage behind and was contacted to make arrangements to pick it up. Luckily nothing was missing since there was medications and medical equipment in the luggage.

Google says they have an indoor pool and hot tub we get there they have nothing then today my kids n myself were locked in the room and then we called for help and no one came we had to play with a knife n the door for 30 minutes my kids were screaming scared they probably will be scared to stay n another hotel

We checked in after 2am, 3rd floor was loud. Couldn't get to sleep till way after 4. Asked for a late check out but was granted only 30 minutes. Overall property was in good shape. We found quit a bit of trash in our room, our bathroom had next to no soaps, the water pressure for showering was horrible and it took almost 5 minutes just to get the water hot enough to shower. Doubt we'll stay again 😔

We liked how close it was to stores, restaurants and the hospitals which was the reason for our stay there. We didn't like how one of the persons was rude to my husband when he went to get our room cards reprogrammed. Except for that,everything else was great!

First, the owner or older man tried to up charge me when I went to get snacks and drinks he was charging me $8 and the younger gentleman charges me $6. Thought it was very odd. Then I needed more towels and they asked me to take them the ones we had? I said “no, we need more.” Then from midnight to 3am people were talking loud in the hallway slamming doors and kids running up and down. Horrible experience

Unfortunately it is my first time I had a bad experience at La Quinta. Let me start with the positive. The bed was very clean and comfortable and location is convenient to be close to the airport. The negative: now they charge for emotional support animals even with medical documentation. It got worse, the water pressure in the shower was minimal, the sink did not drain properly. My husband tried to iron his shirt and it stained it. There was an old stain on the couch. If they are charging for pets, all pets including emotional support and trained animals, one would think that goes to clean better. Lastly, I always loved La Quinta customer service. This time it was just an interaction and very inflexible. In the past, I have been able to check out a little later. I had two rooms and only needed one to check out later and without any qualms I was just told it was not possible. I know I’m not expecting a 4-5 star service but in my experience with this hotel, the service was always excellent. Sadly that seems to be getting lost. All I was told when I checked out and brought up these issues was “ohh I’m sorry, you are all set”

Nice updates to hotel, modern decoration and new flooring, paint, lights, bathroom remodel all very fresh new and clean. Always appreciate the La Quinta breakfast included. Great price and would stay again if in the area.

Recently mostly renovated. Comfortable beds. Pillows are hit or miss. Wasnt hot water for the shower in the morning. The desk clerk told me to just turn the handle firther like that wasnt the first thing I tried. Too cold to shower.
