Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were lovely and pool was great!

The evening entertainment was a bit outdated . The food was good,well presented and prepared. The staff was really helpful. I would recommend a weekend there..

The room is OK. The hotel is a bit outdated but well maintained. It is very convenient for visit Genova Cave. The beach is near.

In our environment we have several small beaches such as the beautiful beach of Cala Mayor or Portals Nous and coves in which you can enjoy fine white sand and a refreshing bath in the Mediterranean Sea. Also the beautiful and lively Puerto Portals, with impressive boats and pleasant places and restaurants, located 7 minutes by car from our hotel. Good spot, despite initial thoughts, the store and restaurants in easy walking distance.
Doors were a little thin could hear other hotel guests coming and going. WiFi was rather slow
Good breakfast.

We spent 4 nights at MLL Blue Bay. The hotel has a convenient location, close to Palma, however parking is a bit of a hassle on the narrow streets as hotel parking is limited. When I inquired about parking places before our visit, the phone customer service was awful, they hung up the phone as they did not speak/understand English. Hotel staff on site was excellent though. The view from our room was amazing, breakfast was very nice too. I think the walls were extremely thin as we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and from the corridor.

The views are outstanding. The bar staff and waiting staff were excellent and made you feel comfortable. Reception staff weren't the most approachable. We requested a high floor (as I'm sure many do) but only got the 2nd floor out of 8 floors. Asked at reception to be moved t a higher floor but was told it was not possible, twice. I doubted that. The air/con is pre-set by the hotel for seasonal heat or cooling so didn't cool our room at night when we needed it. Apart from those 2 issues, the rest of the stay was excellent. Food was 4 star standard and very enjoyable. Special mention to Carmen, she was an absolute soldier for MLL Blue Bay. I would hire her for my company if I could. If we could have cooled the room and received a higher floor as requested 3 separate occasions, I would have given maximum rating. Great value.

Friendly staff and great value for money. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Shame the swimming pool was still closes just before Easter which could have been informed to guests in advanced. Info about tv control remote and safe key should be displayed in the rooms or informed at check-in
