We had a tour that had an early start so they brought breakfast to our room the night before. Our room had an amazing patio that was private with beautiful surroundings. Hotel is clean and smells great and they had a lovely selection of teas and hot drinks and a reception time. Love this place. "

"I know that most of the hotels in Rotorua are old, so considering this, Novotel is located very well. It's an old hotel, but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was fine. It depends on the person, but the mattresses and pillows in the room were too soft for me, who prefer a firm mattress."
