When a guest checks out for their continued journey, we ask everyone, Are there any maintenance issues we can take care of. The building was built in 1962 and upgrades are done as part of our ongoing commitment.The dispensers are from Choice. We don't have a problem to solve. The TV you describe is a Smart TV.I hope if you return to Roswell, you will find a more accommodation suited for your needs.God Bless

Ashley:ESA are not recognized with the ADA. Emotion support dogs are essential to some, but until ADA acknowledges them as a no fee dog, there will be a fee for a pet.I am sorry and we don't have to agree, but we follow the ADA rules very strongly here. Heck, there are days when I would rather have pets than people.I don't know how there was low pressure when we have recirculating pumps on all our water heaters to avoid such an issue.I will have maintenance look at it just to make sure.God BlessCindy
