"Bathroom door would not close properly and was cracked at the bottom. The shower door was also not sealed properly and the ground would get wet. Otherwise it was a great hotel and the staff was very helpful."

"Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. Thankyou very much we really enjoyed our stay and recommend your lovely hotel "

"Awesome 10 days business + vacation stays. Close to SNIEC, Train station Pudong Avenue is right outside the hotel, assessable to many places of interests. Room is clean, bed is comfy, shampoo and body shampoo are of quality, which is great. Comes with breakfast that serves a little of both Chinese and western breakfast. As its level 39 at executive, can see part of Huangpujiang, and great view of Shanghai world financial center and part of oriental tower. "
