Location of hotel was much further from town than expected. TV had blurry reception. Pool was small and looked unhygienic. The water was stagnant. Customer service however was prompt and friendly.

Affordable Price, Awesome Experiences
This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Am sure its enough to say how comfortable i am here. My dotter love the pool hotel for the pool. I love the hotel for the spa. My dotter and I is very particular about cleanliness hence, again, it is obvious how clean the hotel is. The food, omg i love them. The range and choice for a small hotel, is alot. I recommend people to stay here.

Fast check-in & out, fast reaction to customer requirement, and breakfast was nice as what we paid for. cons: 1) suspect previous customer smoking in room as room was with heavy smoky smell. 2) extra bed provided was simple floor mattress, it will be better in rollaway type, at least there's rack/shelf.

Comfortable room..
There was a problem with aircond and i informed to hotel staffs twice and its still hot. At 1:30am i complain again & they ask to change room. It’s okay and not a big problem as the room was only the next door. Thanks a lot to the staff who help me last night. Bath towel was bad. Thin & smelly. Foods was too hot as that my daughter couldn’t eat it. There’s not muh variety of food there. As my staying in executive suite, it was good enough for the size. Bath towel was really bad. Wifi was great. Path way from lift to the room was really hot with no aircond there. Swimming pool - I haven’t see it as i stay for work. So, for that, i give rating 4/5 for the hotel totally. Thanks a lot!

A typical local hotel
This is a typical local hotel with nothing much to be expected. My executive room / suite comes with a couch in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with jacuzzi but the lighting is way too dim. The bathroom is lit by 2 LED down/spot lights with plenty of dark corners. The rain shower is fix and the other movable shower head in is the jacuzzi. The room is packed typical long-time-no-one-stay fungi smell. Not quite sure where did the smell come from.

Nice Hotel
Guest Hotel and Spa is good value for a 3+ star hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's location is a bit isolated. The spa was excellent as well. All in all had a very enjoyable stay.

Old fashion hotel
I stayed this hotel for 2nights. For the pricing not worthy it compare with other hotels. This is old fashion hotel and no car parking area. U only can parked your car at our side of hotel without any security. The breakfast only provide Malay food with no much choices. The hotel furniture very low standard. I won’t book this hotel again.

A great average priced hotel - clean and quiet.
Away from the beach, its a commercial area hotel with 200 meter walking distance from the Alive 3D art gallery and cowboy town - some of the attractions PD has to offer.

It is a nice hotel.
I went to stay at the hotel because it was best value for its class. Facilities and Room all very good. Please note that this area has very little if not no taxis. The hotel can arrange one for you but do not take the taxi driver who drives a Mercedes. I requested a taxi from the hotel front desk at 430AM as I needed to reach the jetty by 630 am to go fishing. I gave extra leeway timing as not everything happens like clock work. The taxi driver showed up at 530Am. when he asked me where the location was that I was going I showed him the location. Lukut (Near the bridge in a residential area near the river) only 7 mins drive away. Upon hearing this he told me that it would cost RMB 70!! To give you a idea of how absurd this price was the taxi from Seremban station to the hotel during the day cost RMB 40. So for 1/8 the distance this price requested is plain robbery. To justify his high asking price he said this is night time (by this time it was 6AM) prices and as if I was stupid said "I don't know where this location is and I don't know if there are any roads there I'm not going to unpaved roads". This after showing him google maps both regular and satellite image of the place. Avoid this taxi driver at all costs and future hotel guests always ask before the taxi comes if it is prepaid or if prices need to be negotiated in advanced.

And restaurant is dirty. Table cloth not washed and hence have a foul smell. Leftover food is swept under the table.
