We enjoyed the fire show. Staffs are friendly and there a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. Steam room didn't work but other than that the room was great and the view was spectacular!

The whole premise is astounding. Room is spacious & clean, but a bit wear and tear at the private pool area. Breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety to choose from. All the staffs were very friendly & helpful, namely Jarriel, who served us with great hospitality.

The surrounding area has nothing to do. Mc Donald’s is 15 mins by drive and ur us very difficult to get transportation. It is better to stay in the resort and enjoy Over all excellent resort with excellent service. Best for maximum 2-3 days

First Impressions were the Welcoming Staffs and all crew serving us. They were genuine in making guests feel welcome & willing to assist. We got a free upgrade and the breakfast spread was fantastic. High recommended ! =)

Only disappointment was the Shower heater. After the 1st person shower, water not hot anymore. Have to wait maybe another 20-30mins for the water to be acceptable for shower, other than that everything was excellent, staff very polite. Would definitely stay again

For private pool lexis group shoud provide automatic roof (raining). Because when raining, kids cannot swim. Its to disappointed because we are pay so expensive for the room. Please take note to upgrade the facility at private pool area ..

What I like : the uniqueness of the property,the view and almost everything about lexus hibiscus is unparalleled. What I don't like is : doors for shower and toilet with no locks and a gap between doors and walls providing no privacy, ironing board keeps moving forward/backwards, the sauna is unnecessary should've made it as a shower room for using the pools. For entertainment it would be a nice addition if a billiards room, arcade station and a bowling place. I would like to give a huge thanks and thumbs up for all the wonderful staff for their friendly and excellent services throughout my stay in hibiscus, for sure I will come back again in the future.

Nice retreat for family. The private pool and steam room were the differentiators from usual hotel rooms. It's super convenient to enjoy at anytime of the day and great isolation from crowd at public pools especially when the pandemic is still ongoing. Room was really comfy. It would be fantastic if the room tv allows guests to plug in USB to our computers or tv box since the channels were lousy and nothing much to watch.

Property started to show sign of wearing - should have more warning signs around the property espeically the in-room steam room - the nozzle that produces steam burns my kid foot as there isn’t any sign.

An Overrated Hotel
Ants greeted us at the doorway the moment we stepped into the rooms. Good thing was I brought along a bottle of sanitizer spray and used it immediately. Thank goodness it worked in killing those ants. Everything was closed during our 3D2N stay. Public pools, Japanese restaurant, karaoke, games room, gym... they were all closed. The only outdoor activity was cycling, yet the rental price for a bike was at a whooping RM10 for 30 minutes and during happy hours only. 1 table lamp, safe box and steam room were broken down, vanity counter beside the wash basin outside toilet was heavily stained, and one could see some wear & tear around the private pool area. Honestly, I would have thought that this hotel has been around for more than a decade. That much being said, there are of course some good things about this hotel. Bedding is pretty comfy and air con quite powerful. Breakfast has quite a good spread and delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. One word of caution though... try to get a water villa that is near the main lobby. Calling for a buggy takes at least 30 minutes.

Does not live up to 5 star resort standard
Lexis Hibiscus is a 5 star resort but it does not live up to it. We are very disappointed when we did pre check in by email and confirmation by email but when we reach the resort our record is not found and we need to redo the check in again which is not a 5 star service standard. We have requested 2 baby cot but we the front desk ask us to call the house keeping to request. When the baby cot reach it was not sanitize and the staff need to go back to the office to get the sanitizing gun to come back and sanitize again. The room was dirty and we found cookie crumb, skirt, toy, balloon and etc.
