Beautiful remote resort town and hotel
Hotel Willa Zameczek is nestled in a remote vacation town in the mountains close to the ski slopes. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Restaurants and markets are within a very short walking distance. The whole town is very walkable. We loved staying here.

Not worth the money.
Only good about this hotel is the position! We arrived at high temp.32 C- no air-conditioned room or a simple fan, no small fridge in the room ,very small room!!!, very expansive for basic room.

not happy
we booked the hotel for 2 elderly ladies one with a walking frame. the ladies were put bon the top level without the lift going to that level they needed to use the stairs. also the room had no windows just small viewing panels.. VERY UNHAPPY

En besvikelse
Hotellet skulle ha "fullständigt Spaa" vilket var ett behandlingsrum mittemot receptionen, kafé fanns men var stängt, restaurang, bar/lounge och snackbar såg vi inte röken av. Rummet var stort och bra möblerat men sängen var smal med dåliga fjädrar och endast ett täcke till två personer. Städning och bäddning gjordes endast på begäran fick vi veta då vi klagade på eftermiddagen när städarna hade gått hem. Frukosten var dock bra !

Ideální vzhledem k svému umístění, klidná zóna, velmi blízko do centra. Ochotná služba na recepci. Snídaně na velmi dobré úrovni i když překvapila absence některých mléčných výrobků (jogurt). Jinak doporučuji.

The place is nice and just in front of a very nice park. People are nice, overall service is good. The rooms need upgrading - especially the beds, which make a lot of noise at every move. Not many amenities in the room either. Overall good but with a lot of potential to be much better.

Pokój skromny i czysty. Jak na pobyt we dwoje w sam raz. W budynku cicha atmosfera. Położenie idealne-pat3 kroków do Parku Zdrojowego. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Szkoda że nie ma pełnej ofert gastronomicznej. Z chęcią jeślibyśmy posiłki w hotelu. Ale ogólnie wrażenie bardzo dobre. Polecam wszystkim którzy potrzebują spokoju.

Nice hotel, locAted in a beautiful park. But the room does not match the rest as a whole. No hairdryer, no shutters or blinds, no bedside tables, quilt too arrow for 2 people. Not a 3 star hotel room.

כתבתי במייל אחר על כך שבעת ששילמתי 276 זלוטי על שהות של לילה אחד במלון, לא קיבלתי כל קבלה, ושכחתי גם לבקש אותה. התשלום היה בתאריך 8.8.16 לאחר שהות של לילה אחד בחדר מספר 29. את התשלום קיבלה בחורה צעירה עם שיער שחור ארוך וחולצה ירוקה. לפני יומיים כתבתי דואר אלקטרוני למלון וביקשתי לשלוח לי בדואר אלקטרוני את הקבלה, אך בינתיים לא קיבלתי כל תשובה. אבקש מכם לסייע לי בקבלת הקבלה המבוקשת.

Sehr schöne Lage und aufmerksamer Service
Vom Hotel aus kann man die Kurpromenade mit vielen Gaststätten in wenigen Minuten per Fuß erreichen. Es ist eine kleinere, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend und ging auch auf spezielle Wünsche ein. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Man kann es auch auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Fazit: Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
