Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

Hotel room was under expectations
Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used. Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.

Nice family hotel in a good location
Really nice family hotel. Two pools. Good location and close to the beaches and night market. Comfortable beds and we were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. 12pm checkout time was great.

Great location with all the comforts of home
Fantastic location, right next to the night seafood market with lots of shops, restaurants, and vendors around. Short walk to the beach. Clean, well kept hotel with nice swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Nothing missing.

Large, open air breakfast facility with exceptional egg, fruit and other foods. Fantastic grilled salmon, sunny pool with fountans, and live music. The small exercise room should be enlarged and equipment repaired, modernized and expanded.

The pool was nice, could be a bit bigger and deeper to allow actual swimming. The rooms and buildings are clean and modern. Fitness room was ok, a few of the machines didn’t work properly.

The best of the property for me is the location - easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. However, service was quite disappointing. Check in was at 2pm but our room was not ready until almost 4pm and that was only because I got upset and asked the manager to prioritize our room especially since we had checked in at 10am. We also asked for someone to come by and show us how to use the ac system but no one ever came. Asked for extra towels each day and never got that either. We felt completely ignored. If you like good service or like feeling like a valued customer (I know I do) I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with really lovely staff. Great position on main road but kind of tucked in the corner so still quiet at night. About 10-15 mins walk to beaches and 5 mins to lovely night markets.

Nice hotel but near a building site
Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main street, and within walking distance of shops/ markets and the beach and first impression of the hotel is that it looks amazing. Staff are friendly, but sometimes it felt like when asking them something, it was too much effort to do. A heads up: The hotel is next to a building site (another hotel being built next door) which is due to be finished in 2020, so expect some noise.

Great Place!
Really enjoyed the stay here - beach was a 6-7 min walk, shopping, markets, restaurants, everything you need. Poolside was really cool, palm trees, restaurant, cooking class, bar - really a great place & the staff and manager were always extremely helpful & friendly!

Reception staff are just fantastic
A lovely modern hotel. We did have a technical problem with our pre booked room, which meant we could not stay in the room. Problems do happen, but what make the difference is how the problem is handled. In our case, the staff were just fantastic. They genuinely cared and worked their best to work around the problem. Management staff also proactively offered a complementary meal as means of apology - once touch. This made up for the original annoyance and left me with a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend the hotel and especially for the customer service experience. Thank you again Ton and Lucky.

Great hotel close to beach
Hotel was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable and updated. So many sights to see and this hotel is a great central location to everything. There is a market right next to the hotel with tons of vendors selling souvenirs. There is a small gym in the hotel but not too many of the cardio machines worked properly. We loved staying here and had a good experience.

Hotel - still nice after our 3rd visit
This was our third visit since in the last 2 years, and we are still very impressed with almost everything. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the position of the hotel is perfect for us. The only problem we had this time was an inconsiderate tourist who tried to have all night parties in the room next door. After complaining to the duty manager, the parties were shut down and his guests left. One thing we have noticed is that the breakfast is not as good as when we visited the first time 2 years ago when there was more variety with the Thai food from day to day. This year and last year the Thai offerings were mostly fried chicken and vegetables almost every morning. But the rest of the offerings are still great. The main pool could also do with some touch ups as it's starting to look tired with cracks and missing mosaic tiles.

Perfectly positioned.
We are staying here for 11 nights. All I can say about this hotel, is that so far it has been wonderful. The room is clean and very comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and second to none. The restaurant menu is both good value and good quality. And we are situated perfectly, a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars all around. If you stay here, I highly recommend a pool access room, for that little but of extra luxury. I would definately stay here again when I next holiday in Phuket.

Comfortable room excellent staff
Lovely comfortable room especially the bed which can be hard to find in Thailand. Got a great rate for this hotel so cant complain. The hotel staff are well trained and very friendly. They were renovating the main pool area however there was another pool across the road that suited my needs. When the main large pool has finished renovations this hotel will be fantastic. Location is about a 15min walk to Kata beach if you go down the road cross and take a walkway that would run parallel to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants close by and Kata night market is across the road on Monday and Thursday nights.

This is a very good hotel. There is a small market and about 20 shops near the hotel. Most of the shops consist of Massage shops and resteraunts. There isn't much bars around the hotel though. The area is quite quiet so if you want to avoid the busy streets of patong and its loud night life then this is the place to be. The hotel is a few minutes away in a Taxi from the beaches

The room requested and paid for was not available on arrival,even though we checked in approx 8 hours after normal check in time due to the flight arrival time. The correct room was allocated the next day when the previous customer's checked out, was not convenient as we had to repack and move our luggage once more. Surprisingly we were not even offered a complimentary breakfast for all the inconvenience. The staff level of customer service on check in was okay, but at check out had a could not be bothered attitude.

The hotel was good in terms of its location near to market, shopping and restaurants. However upset with the cleanliness of the room and pool. This hotel has few swimming pools however only 2 pool can be consider as okay the rest was dirty and water quite thick bubbly and smelly. Toilet was dirty too. Free toiletries was only given to u once and they will not refil it for u unles u ask for it. Toilet drainage was block and flooded. Toilet hose was Clogged too.. toilet sink and bowl was dirty. Staff was not friendly and rude when u ask them to refil the toiletries.

Hotel needs a good clean and lots of repairs
The hotel rooms didn't appear to have had a decent clean in quite some time and lots of things in the rooms were either broken or just missing altogether. The room I was initially given was in such a poor state that I asked to be moved, this however proved quite a challenge. The staff weren't particularly helpful and after explaining and showing them pictures of the broken items in the room they just asked is it OK now? After having done nothing. I did eventually get moved to another room but even then there were still issues with broken /missing items it took 3 phone calls to reception to get the missing ice tray replaced. The Tour booking desk didn't open till 11am and was shut by 6pm so if you need to be around in the peak of the day if you want to book any tours via the hotel. The breakfast was OK but nothing special and the pool again was OK but was in need of some cleaning/repairs. The general information given by the hotel was very poor, no maps or info on pool towels or local attractions was provided. There's was supposed to be transport provided to the beach but I never saw any or was never told about any and the walk to the beach was not a pleasant one. The quickest route was walking down the side of a stagnant canal with a damaged pavement that would not be suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

Close to the beach, and right next to the night market, they have a pool but old. Breakfast is pretty much same every morning, nothing special. Room was ok, updated but not clean, I only received clean the first day, after every day even after calling and asking to re-clean it, they just don't do anything. Change towels and make your bed, sink, toilet, shower were dirty. I think you can find better ones. But for the money it was ok.

Under expected level of service, or we should even consider it simply rude, provided by receptionist on the phone, bellboy and room service. The only saving grace was their CRO Chris at the concierge, who was helpful and initiative, and she went out of her way to help me book a tour despite their officer-in-charge of tours being absent from work.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff and good locations
Overall a nice place to stay, friendly and warm staff, good location with all the Spa and eating outlet nearby. Kata Beach was about 400 metres away from the Hotel. There is a night market (kata Market) just opposite the hotel open every Monday and Thursday from 2 - 9pm with lots of stalls selling local foods and stuffs. Only disappointment is the poor connection of the Wifi.

Marked down a little on cleanliness. The hotel and rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were cleaned to a very poor standard. In fact not at all some days. Enjoyed my stay. Would go back.

hotel rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. A/C seems wonky but works fine overall. Booked this place on first trip to Phuket so we did not know what to expect. We were happy that the area is very walkable at night and not rowdy like those hotels along bangla road. Restful. Did not make much use of pool facilities. Don't book cabs from hotel, they're slightly more expensive than the private ones you can find a minute away from the hotel.

Great hotel
On arrival the hotel room was a nice surprise. The rooms all looked fairly new and well kept. The breakfast is great. The pool is nice but maybe a little too warm for my liking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of grumpy and seemingly unfriendly people staying there, so for the staff to remain that happy they must be superstars! Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

The hotel was very cute. Located in a very busy area with a market across the street there is plenty to see. The beach is a 15min walk away but I recommend taking a tour/bus to one of the more private ones.That staff is very friendly. I would def. recommend this hotel if you are staying in Phuket.

A big complex with excellent Thai food available at breakfast as well as other options. From the 8th floor we had wonderful views of the sea and neighbourhood. Opposite the Monday and Thursday. Night market. Main pool doesn't have much sunbathing area for the size of hotel and is largely sheltered from the breeze. The pool that wraps around the hotel is good for swimming. Needs more sunbeds and better cleaning around the pool area. Some cheese stuck to the floor near the pool remained there all week and tables had gum stuck to them. Gym is pretty useless as the cross trainers and bikes didn't work and it is tiny, only good to fit one or two people in. No water or towels. A 10/10 for view, breakfast and location but much less for general cleanliness (the rooms were cleaned and changed daily) staff efficiency and politeness could improve and gym needs an overhaul.

Cons: Of all the hotels in Thailand, this one we like the least. To start, there's the high deposit you have to leave when checking in. It was way more than the usual amount and it had to be in cash. Besides that, there was no info about it during the booking process so we were not prepared for it. It was three times more than the one we left in Bangkok and yet the hotel in Bangkok had that information displayed during booking. Then there was the so slow, always disconnecting wifi. The ever changing password and log in. It was terrible! The room was clean and spacious but the a.c was not great.Then there was the problem with the water heater that took 2 phone calls and a trip to reception for someone to come and fix it. Overall, not a great stay. Maybe our exceptions were too high!?! Pros: Nice location-15 mins walk to Kata beach and great buffet breakfast.
