Like: I liked having the pool within 20 paces of my room. It was a quiet location. The bed was comfortable. Dislike: The staff were very quiet, not really providing a nice welcome. I purposely left some minor small empty wraps that I used from a different hotel in the shower. It was not collected 2 days straight. There were no - Do not disturb Tags to hang on the door.

Great location and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. It's a shame they don't have a restaurant onsite but plenty around. My biggest gripe was the booking says bath and shower separate but there is no bath just a toilet and shower. The bed was also incredibly hard.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL it as one of the worse stays I have ever had Pool not clean, rooms very very dated, sun beds dirty, staff not interested, no 24 reception, no drinks or dining on premises , I paid extra for pool access and the sun bed outside my room was used by four men who just came to use the pool and they drank beer very noisy outside my room Staff said they can’t control who uses the sunbeds that I paid extra for The resort is nothing like the pictures STAY AWAY I WARN YOU

The bed was too hard, really awful The pools were nice but not in good repair, I cut my finger on a tile and the reception desk didn’t even have a plaster for it. They did send someone to the store for one though.Locatins was quiet and near lots of shops. Wifi was good and rooms cleaned daily

The hotel is in really run-down condition. The beds had stains on linens (rust-colored which usually indicates blood-sucking organisms), limited amenities (1 roll of toilet paper), shower next to the toilet, and just generally not very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful which was a redeeming quality. But, we couldnt stay another night. We were not reimbursed the two subsequent nights

This should be a 3 star at least, Staff had limited language, even English... Pool table (which was un operatable... no balls available) and Bar had no service... But if you are after a clean room, ok aircon, clean pool, a fair enough good breakfast, they will cook you omelettes if you want. Good for 2 to 3 days, it’s a short walk to the beach. But unswimable,.... massage house to the direct left of entrance, I would recommend the lady boy, she knows massage.. believee me.. she or shim is good.. speed boats are cheap to the islands, batter for a good price, there are many operators. But the local long boats to the nearest island is all a family would enjoy and need.. 20 mins and you are on an island with facilities and good food, kids can do snorkeling... Up to you, but we as a family enjoyed our day.. Best seafood restaurants and affordable, cross the road facing the beach, get a whole fish deep fried, and everything else, service is 10 outa 10 Well, it was a good stay... and taxi,s are out the front for any size families to take you where ever. Keep a close eye on your belongings
I caught the staff trying to steal from me while cleaning the room . I immediately went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager but was meet with laughter on the website it states you can pay the deposit with cash or a credit card , however they only take cash that I did not receive back instead I was called a liar in-front of my wife , once again after asking to speak to a manager I was laughed at , also the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and is nothing like the pictures indicate

Way over priced for the room. No bedside tables, Ac was terrible at the start but got fixed and the bed was rock hard. 1500 baht a night is way too much.

Great location and staff were really helpful. We didn’t always get coffee replenished each day, but the reception staff were able to help. The WiFi was patchy and didn’t always work. The most annoying thing was that the advertised shuttle bus didn’t exist as it was out of season

After booking many Expedia accommodation. We found this one to be of the poorest quality. The buffet breakfast was the worst. We were there ten days and it never changed. The menu was very basic. If the food was all eaten by earlier rising guests we were left with whatever was there. It was never topped up. When we asked for a refund for the rest of the week we were advised it was not possible and food was kept for us incase it was all eaten. It was given to us cold.. There was not bacon, no sweets only two types of fruit. We found one particular manager of the resort to not be at all curtious to guests. She would not allow the pool spa to be on more than once a day. The room cleaning staff were lovely. There were no signs on room doors if you did not want room cleaned. Overall very poor standard resort for Expedia to be linked to and offering on their website.

Nice hotel with nice swimming pool
Close to beach and pier to go to islands! Seafood night market is very amazing, just 10 mins from hotel. Breakfast was not really various.

Disappointing
This hotel is in a great position and was probably once a good hotel. Unfortunately it is now run down and in poor condition. The staff appear disinterested. The standard of housekeeping was poor. The wifi was unreliable. We arrived about noon and were told check in time is not until 2PM. That was OK but most hotels with 90% vacant rooms would allow an earlier check in. There are better value hotels than this in Rawai.

A great base for our holiday
A quiet and well maintained hotel. As a family of five with a young baby it was a great base to explore Rawai and some islands. Staff are always very helpful going above and beyond to ensure you have what you need and brilliant with the children too. Everywhere was very clean and rooms were cleaned everyday, laundry service was also excellent (obviously this cost extra). The children loved the swimming pools and the length of them is great for a good morning swim for those who like a work out. All levels of taxis available and the local bus from the main road. Convenience stores a few doors down and everything else in walking distance. About thirty minutes from Phuket Town and an hour from Phuket Airport. Local boats from Rawai beach, 2 mins from the hotel to take you to islands of your choice, although this is not a swimming beach you can easily get to Yanui or Nai Harn beaches by taxi /bus in ten minutes.

Friendly staff, close to the sea, clean rooms.
The hotel is close to the sea and a couple of amazing restaurants. The room was clean with big windows facing on of the pools. The breakfast was small but very well cooked.

Location location location
Older Resort in a great location, has two big pools and beautiful gardens and trees, easy walking to restaurants and bars, it's not flashy but I liked it, would come back again

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks as a holiday its not a dear hotel and you get what you pay for the staff were always polite and helpful however there are 2 major problems they are that they permit guests to arrive late in the evening witch is fine but the noise is unbearable especially when they arrive after midnight the other thing is these guests normally only stay for 1 night and leave after breakfast the restaurant is above reception and is open witch is nice apart for the coaches that bought the guests the night before are parked out side ready to take them onward with there engines running witch is not only noisy but makes the air heavy with diesel exhaust fumes. Other than that for what you pay its value for money.

Rawai: Convenient and Inexpensive
This hotel is well placed to access restaurants and bars in Rawai. If you don't want the 'kapow' of Patong, it's much quieter. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and was acceptable. The hotel caters for Chinese tour groups so at times it's fairly noisy. Try to breakfast after they've departed. If you want something grand, this is not the place for you.

Do no book this hotel!!!
A clear case of false advertisement. The hotel in real does not match the hotel in the pictures and the staff was a complete nightmare to deal with. My girlfriend and I arrived to Rawai after spending a few days in Patong at a lovely boutique resort (Baan Yin Dee) and were in complete disbelief that this was the condition of this "resort". We checked in just to see what lies beyond the lobby, need less to say, there wasn't anything better to make us want to stay. The 2 pools they boast about, dirty and seemingly not maintained at all. The room, small and cramped, dirty linens, air conditioning not working properly, bathroom dirty and the safe didn't even lock properly. We immediately voiced our concerns to the front desk which showed no concern for our plight. Other hotels would have immediately upgraded or at least tried to rectify the matter. We walked back to the 'room' and immediately booked another hotel back in Patong. While checking out they didnt even ask if they could help resolve the matter and of course, no refunds. Willingly foregoing the money spent our only request was that they cover teh charge of the taxi back to patong which was approx. $800 BAHT. I wish expedia would remove this hotel from its search results.
