DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room was very dirty and not what we expected - stains on the sheets and pillows, dirty showerhead, broken toilet seat, unclean A/C unit, non working tv, the most uncomfortable hard bed. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful and we did not even waste our money. We decided after the first night we did not want to stay here ever again, even though we had 2 more nights booked and paid for. We found a much cleaner hotel closer to the beach for $20 more a night. The front desk lady said she could not refund our money for next 2 nights, even though we were not staying there. She said we would have to go through Expedia to get a refund. She lied. Expedia would also not give us a refund. They also upgraded us from studio room to a "nicer room", so I can only imagine what the studio is like....take my advice pay a little more if you can and stay somewhere else!!!

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, very close to night markets and great restaurants, and the pool is nice! They upgraded us to a nicer room for free as well!

From the greeting to registration, you will encounter professionals that go out of their way to help and make you comfortable. The hotel is clean & constantly being looked after. We were offered a free upgrade and that was totally unexpected. Location is off the main road but easily accessible to shops, food or whatever you seek. Thanks for the enjoyable stay,

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. I didn't stayed at the main building but it was good nevertheless. Really really friendly staff, amazing experience!! The only problem is that you have a free transportation to and from the beach but if you want to walk it's a little bit far (20m walk) to either Kata or Karon beach. The same with restaurants at night, you have to walk or use the hotel restaurant that is good but limited with choice if you are staying more than a couple of nights.

Great week stay at this hotel. Very clean room and down a quiet street off a very busy loud main road. Staff were very helpful with our requests. Need a scooter,shuttle or about a 15 minute walk to beach area. Cheap local eats nearby compared to the touristy strip near beach.

First of all,I took this hotel because of high review rate,I booked budget room which is disaster,after 2 days It was changed to new wing after my complain and new room was very nice.Stuff are very polite,it is 15min walk from Kata and 20 from Karon beach,night food market is 7 min away,breakfeast is set menu -omlet,1 sausage,1 piece of ham,no fruit,no vegetables every day and I give up from it.Better go to Karon or Patong,You will feel like in desert...

Great hotel for the money, but not close to beach
great stay, large clean room, even a bit of a gym with a nice host. Only thing to say is its a bit of a walk from the beach, maybe 15-20 mins but there is lots to see on the way. No doubt anything closer to the beach would be either 3 times the price or no where near as nice
