The hotel was very close to the river, and the tree lined boulevard, which was an excellent place for early morning walks. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by, so location was excellent. Great view of the Mekong from my room. The hotel was clean, and has just been renovated, so my room had new fittings. I was very pleased with the hotel, and would certainly return here on future trips to Phnom Penh

It got off to a very poor start, I got there, checked in, went to room & found no window.in room It was as if I booked a dungeon, asked reception for change & they couldn't do anything as rhotel was full. Tried Expedia & they were hopeless as well, 72 hours for a response when I wouldn't be staying that long. I then found out Agoda display on their website No Window for this room.whereas Expedia mention nothing. Then 2 or more hours after I checked in I had to bully reception to contact Expedia which they didn't, reception changed my room.to get rid of me & make it some other customers problem. Expedia useless in this situation

Like having breakfast up on the 11th floor to look out over the Mekong River. Some details on workmanship is ??, a socket in the bathroom had just been cut into the tiles with a grinder leaving extra cutting marks on tiles and mirror, and loose grout as well. I carry out hotel maintanance in the UK.

The hotel was still being finished during our stay, so there were quite a few features that weren't quite upto scratch, such as the plumbing in the shower. However the place is lovely and will be super once completed. It's lovely and clean. We didn't get to have breakfast here as for some unknown reason it didn't register with our booking and we weren't given the option to add it on at reception. Location wise it is nice and central to everything we wanted to see.
