Convenient location. This is a mixed use property with some apartments owned and lived in and others being part of the apartment hotel. Our apartment was tired and in need of a facelift, however the servicing was good and the staff were a pleasure to seal with.

This is the second time we’ve stayed. The apartment (no. 6 both times!) was clean as were towels and sheets and had everything we needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer were so useful (not something you get in UK accommodation). Parking is a big plus and it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre shops and similar to Elizabeth Quay. The pool was utilised by my son (thanks for changing the fake grass!!) and was clean and empty both times! Check in was a breeze. We’ll be back again the next time we visit Perth!

The price for the location, made it very easy for a family of 4 to enjoy their short needed stay in perth Rooms are very generous in size, had all the facilities with restaurants and stores near by if needed. Along with a gated park at the end of the street

Great location and helpful staff. Check in time frame very limited ( between 2 and 4 pm only otherwise a fee is incurred). Be very aware of this limitation and plan accordingly.

The space inside the suite was wonderful. Even the corridors outside of the suite was spacious. All the facilities were amazing. A really great place to stay.

Very conveniently located at the East end of Perth. Great kitchen facilities and bathroom. Super cold air conditioning. Indoor pool area was awesome. Bus stop for the Red Cat free bus service almost at the door or you can easily walk into the CBD.

I like the rooms big and nice kitchen and laundry are big and nice balcony .. the only downward is the car park so hard to find a spot that not reserved or taken and reception closes early.

Good sized apartment with functional facilities. Wasnt very clean, dining chairs were all loose. Floor waste grate was missing in the toilet so had a bucket sitting on top of it bed was nice and comfortable

DON’T DO IT! I would never book this facility again. There are ridiculous hoops to jump through if you intend to arrive after 4:30pm which they don’t tell you about until free you have booked making late arrival a complete pain. And, if you don’t follow the instructions, which they send via email, so you had better hope you get them, then you get fine $150. And that is providing you can even get someone to come and help. In my case, I arrived at 7pm after being out of service as I was camping, I then discover the property was closed, and I could not get anyone to come and help and so had to find alternative accomodation on top of being charge for the apartment i had booked, which i could not access. STAY AWAY AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.

it is clearly informed on all sites our operation time and messages were sent to you with regards to late check in procedure which you have deliberately ignored. The property did not charge you 150 as you have mentioned and you are over exaggerating the information.As we cannot cater your requirements, it will be better that you find an alternative property next time.

Don't let the photos fool you, it's very old and dated. The showers near the pool don't work When asking for access to the gym I was told that all the fobs has been taken, seems weird that they either don't have enough for each room or they give multiple out to a room. Would I stay here again? Not at all

Pool area showers have been reported and now it is fixed. The property public area is not managed by us, therefore, we take actions for public areas if someone reported to us. Gym fobs are given as per request and maximum 5 at a time due to fire regulations to control number of person utilizing the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Overall the property was presented very well around the facilities and the apartment too. I didn’t like seeing mould in the shower recess and the general tiled floor was very dirty in the grout section between the tiles, quite dark against the beige tiles.

The property is affordable, however $250 bond was not expected. The property is outdated but clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer but no washing powder. The pool did not feel heated at all. Beds were super comfy. There was no sponge to wash dishes either. Milk was there for hot drinks but it wasn’t in the fridge. Lots of places within walking distance or via the red cat bus.

Good size room with good facilities. Only problem was the very short front office hours, and no one answering the emergency phone number when we couldn’t access our key despite organising late check in. Close to public transport and food options. Would stay here again.

The customer service was terrible - due to booking on this app - we were apparently limited in the services offered. For example we couldn’t request clean towels! Additionally the service received from the staff regarding car parking for our 2 cars was incompetent! And one of our cars has a disabled cert (due to the driver being in a wheelchair ) and they were given an infringement for parking in the disabled parking!! Completely disappointing experience.

Thank you for your review. It is clearly stated that 1 car bay per apartment is allowed. You knew about this rule and parked the 2nd vehicle without a permit. We left a message on your vehicle to remove it within 12 hours (this is not an infringement notice). You were told that if you need to park the 2nd vehicle there will be a 15 fee (almost every property charge for all car parking permits with no free parking in Perth CBD- where we allow 1 car parking bay per apartment without charging).When you were asked to pay for the 2 vehicle (which was not the vehicle that was registered on the registration form you filled) you threatened us that you are going to post bad reviews unless you get a free car parking permit for the 2nd car.You booked for 6 members and was provided exact amount of towels. This is standard with all apartments properties now. Any extra towels will be charged accordingly as the property has to pay for additional laundry costs.Due to your dishonesty and threatening behavior in the property, we will not accept your bookings in the future.

Check in was not good. When we entered the room, the AC was making a loud noise and we were initially told to wait for a couple of hours. This was not acceptable to us and we insisted to do something about it. Finally they changed our room. It took around 1,5 hrs.

Thank you for your review. You advised the reception with regards to lounge AC unit making a loud noise then you were offered a room move. You requested to see the apartment prior to move and you were sent with a staff member to the apartment where you looked at balcony not A/C units and accepted it. You were in fact upgraded to a platinum apartment and the whole process took approximately 30minutes not one and half hours as you are over exaggerating. On next day one of your members who were sharing the apartment with you, advised us that she left her phone in previous apartment and our staff assisted her immediately. There are 3 A/C units (lounge, one A/c unit per room) in each apartment. Our property operates at 99% average occupancy due to value for money accommodation. As we cannot cater your requirements, it will be better that you find an alternative property next time.

I have made the booking for 8 nights for a medical reason and after 2 day of check in doctor advised that we can travel back to home and when I have explained to the staff and booking agent they have understood the situation and make arrangements to refund the rest of 5 days.
