My 1st room got a lots of ant and in the middle of the night ac problem so i have to switch to new room . And the new room got like more then 5 cockroach inside .

Overall OK
Overall OK. Room very small. Parking Limited. Breakfast very limited choice, 2 days with same menu. Water park not free, need to pay. No eating place near the area, can order in-room service but if have function at the hotel, they will not entertain you and the staff said they only accept order food for Saturday night (Which we asked to order food was actually on Saturday night).

Aircond not function properly. The sound so loud and you can't sleep. Can't slow the aircond too because if you slow it the sound will come out very loud. We call technician already but they can't do anything. They ask you to stop the aircond if too cool. I book and pay for 2 days but early morning i checkout and find the another hotel.

Poor parking facility. My car was blocked by an irresponsible car which results in I'm not able to get out from my parking space. As I was in a hurry to go for my appointment, this caused very much inconvenience to me & my family.

Budget stay with fun for family
It is situated near Icon city, where the water park is only small in scale, attached to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable and clean, but they do not provide extra bed service. Not very convenient for family with kids. The breakfast is very limited and bad, only few selections, and the charges for extra person for breakfast for RM20 is too much for the meal selections. The water park does not have any lockers for customers, it is quite inconvenient. still have lots to be improved, but so far kids are enjoy it.
