It is located in the centre of the city, lots of restaurant and dessert place around the area.extremly convenient traveling by foot.unfortunately, we found stains on our bed sheet and the washroom has a foul bowel smell. some hairs and dust were evident to the eye across the room but very spacious. no hand soap was provided so we purchased our own.
Good location, staff helpful if not always knowledgeable but room was not very clean. On arriving, the bathroom was filthy & shower wasnt draining. It did get dealt with after complaining. However given our room was "made up" every day, glasses & mugs were never cleaned which made reusing impossible so although free water from dispenser available no clean glasses available to use. Floor also felt dirty, lots of stains on windows. Could be improved. One of kety attractions was the pool but it wasnt heated so werent able to get much use.
The hotel has huge selection of eateries nearby and it is a food haven. The only downside is soap and facial tissues are not provided during the hotel stay. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and kind to render assistance.
The Hotel room was too dark 9 light was too dim,television was too old /poor picture /sound & remote control was faulty .first day change room ( TV FAULTY)

Staff was not train and insist if hard copy to show proof of reservation
Hotel was kind to allow me to check in earlier when I enquired several days before my arrival. Room was clean. Great to have water dispenser to save on plastic bottles.
Only have 2 minor things to improve:
1) Both pillows too soft, so will be good to have 1 hard and 1 soft pillows
2) Can have 2 bath towels, instead of 1, even though I am staying in single room

towels were not prepared.had to wait till 9pm to queue for towels and staff even told us they had no solution to the lack of towels since it was peak season.also had to request for tooth brush and tooth paste that were said to be given online.
Parking is extremely limited, at one point we had to park at the hotel across the road. The Satellite TV, consists of 4 free to air channels plus Tamil Channel and the only English channel was the Sports channel, walls are very thin, you can hear everyone's movements all night long, room smaller than expected, but hot water OK.

Room is big and location is pretty good accessible to yummy food stalls. But the room look abit rundown can see its a old hotel. We paid extra RM50 to extend our check out to 4pm.

On the other hand for late departure RM50.00 will be imposed up to 3.00pm. After 3.00pm to 6.00pm RM100.00 will be applied and full amount departure after 6.00pm. This is the standard for all hotels in Malaysia that we will charge for late check out.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for my Msian bro n sis n myself. But i was forced to pay daily foreigner rooms tax for all 3 rooms n all nights. This hotel reception staff was rediculous to insist on the charges. Expedia hotel booking system was also stupid. One has to made several booking repetely just because diff rooms r of diff length of stay.

We understood, all booking was made under your name (non Malaysian), therefore you still need to pay for the Tourism Tax even your brother / sister are Malaysian. If you like to waive for this fees, during make booking, you need to make booking under their name with the agent. Then only we can waive the Tourism Tax. The hotel cannot simply change guest name at the counter that has been made via the agent, otherwise the agent will not pay us. Therefore you still need to pay for this fee.

Dead bugs under the sheets, sheets not clean . Broken light fixture on wall, lots of mold arojnd bathroom tiles. Breakfast disshes were cold & unappealing

Staff so pleasant and helpful. Room clean and bed oh so comfy. Breakfast was ok. I was on the 8th floor so food it quiet even with deepavali it wasn’t too noisy. A big thanks to the staff who nothing was to much trouble to help.
