"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. "We only stayed briefly between connecting flights and booked into two rooms. The staff at reception were absolutely first rate making us very welcome and the rooms were both spotless. We didn’t eat due to our brief staff so cannot comment on the food at the restaurant. The hotel is the perfect choice for quick access to the airport at Koh a Kinabalu which is a cheap taxi ride away."
