Basic beach side hotel. Our room was noisy because it had a row of air conditioning units outside. We asked if we could move but staff said the hotel was full although it didn't seem like all the rooms were occupied. There were sunbeds available by the pools but hardly any on the beach. Not enough pool towels to go round.

Old property needs TLC. Considering covid and the loss suffered by they are doing their best to get things working again. It’s a lovely place away from everything. A nice place just to have downtime and relax. The staff are amazing and they make this place magical

We stayed in Pinnacle Resort with our family of four children and all-in-all we enjoyed very much our stay. We had two 2nd floor neighbouring rooms (no joining rooms are in the hotel) with balcony not far from reception and from the restaurant area. Check-in was quick and though we arrived much earlier than official check-in time we got one of our rooms already to stay there. Rooms are rather functional, nothing fancy. Rooms, hotel, and all public areas are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of local thai and standard international foods. Also we had dinners in the restaurant, mostly thai cuisine. For children there is a separate childrens pool and a small playground. Also we could borrow playtools free. There is a large garden around the hotel buildings and a beach to the sea. Unfortunately the sea is not immaculate, we have seen floating trash in it, but it is obviously not the fault of the hotel. If not staying always inside the hotel places, then a car is a necessity to get around. Guests are mainly Russians, but that seemed to us quite common in the area of Pattaya.

Good value for money but they also had a beach club playig techno music most of the day - so while the facilities are very conducive to a family trip, this kind of disturbs the transquil vibe.

No fawcet in bathroom. we were moved because we complained about no fawcet but the room we were moved to didnt have one either. Advertised as beach but there is no beach at this hotel. Many other things advertised as free were not, including breakast (far from free was very expensive at 400 baht), transport not free, We will not be returning

Nice hotel on beach, everything you need. It's in Na Jomtien which is a bit further out. The staff were lovely. Much cheaper to go online to book than to go direct with hotel.

nicer place to stay than hotels in Pattaya as you get a beachfront and it is quieter, but the beach is full of litter and the water is not very clean so we never used the beach. swimming pool is nice. shuttle into town if you want it. nice beach restaurant next door called glass house where you can eat while the sun goes down

OUTSTANDING!
This Hotel had been Recommended to me by a Good Friend but I was still surprised just how Good it was! From the moment we Arrived at Reception and were Greeted by Sumalee until we were Checked-Out but the same Courteous, Smiling and Helpful Lady everything was Excellent! During our stay we encountered many different Staff from Management, to Maids, to Waitresses, to Bartenders etc and so on. All Greeted us with a Friendly Smile and a "Sawadee Krup/Ka!" The whole Resort was spotlessly clean and well maintained including the Private Beach. All prices quoted for Food, Beverages, Room Service, Spa Treatments etc are INCLUSIVE of Tax etc which made for a very pleasant change when compared to Hotels/Restaurants elsewhere, The Breakfast Buffet was Plentiful, Hot and Delicious with Great Waitresses ready to assist in any way possible. I could continue but, at the risk of Boring the Readers, I will sum it up by saying that this Friendly, Guest (and you do truly feel like a Guest not just a Customer here Orientated Hotel really should be added to your list if you are considering staying in Na Jomtien. In the meantime, we have already re-Booked for next weekend!!!

2nd time here. Their greeting still be the same, smile, welcome. Good hotel, planty of tree, close to the beach and the sea. The hotel can manage group tours (chinese) very well. If you want to stay nice hotel, cheap, friendly staffs, natural and close to the beach and sea this is your answer.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Pattaya in what seems to be a development area that has not happened, resulting in the hotel being isolated at the end of the access roadway with vacant plots to either side. Not an attractive first impression. The hotel itself does not have any facilities such as shopping, entertainment, massage parlour or indeed a lift. Should you wish to venture into Pattaya a taxi is a must, however the hotel provides a shuttle bus service at a cost. The breakfast is good, but generally an Asian menu. Beach access is good with adequate sun loungers etc. Swimming pools (x 2) are adequate and good for children. In summary; an out of the way hotel with basic facilities only and reasonable beach area, but in a very poor location.

Lovely resort, friendly staff and a great holiday!
This is our second visit to the Pinnacle resort. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the villa which was a great bonus. We were taken to our villa - after a long flight we wanted to have a shower and there was no hot water. We called Reception and within 5 minutes we had someone over to fix it and the job was done in 15 minutes which was such great service!! The pool was great, the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We got breakfast included which has the best assortment from eggs any way to pancakes, crossaints, Thai breakfast and loads more. We got massages most days which were incredible - just past the pool closer to the villas or where the little stores are. Thai massage was $200 baht which is super cheap and they had many different ones. For eating I would recommend The Glass House which is down the beach and serves the best Thai food! The staff are so friendly there and I would recommend sitting upstairs and you have a beautiful view/setting for dinner. We got the shuttle bus into Pattaya city a few times which was really easy and cheap serviced by the hotel. I couldn't recommend this place more if I tried - it will be a yearly visit for us! Thank you to all of the staff who made it so enjoyable.

Great Place.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort. Breakfast was great with good selection. Something we really noticed was that the prices to dine in were very reasonable. So many resorts have high prices on dining in. This resort appeared to be getting people from outside coming in for meals. Would definitely go back.

Renovation work affected the enviroment, but it was understandable, the tour and taxi service attached to the hotel was profit driven and less desirable. Could be improved.

Big resort with easy beach access
This hotel was one of the bigger ones we stayed in while traveling around Thailand. The hotel has several very nice pools, and very nice staff members. The breakfast wasn't our favorite but it was nice to have a buffet breakfast every morning. They also provide us with towels for the pool or the beach, plus nice covered areas with comfy beach chairs. Our room was clean and the shower was okay (the water would get really hot or really cold randomly). This is definitely perfect for families and anyone looking for a quiet getaway as there isn't much besides the beach and a few other resorts around within walking distance. However, there are plenty of options within a 15-30 minute drive and the hotel provides shuttle service at 80 bht that goes to the Pattaya shopping center and close to the pier for visits to the islands near by. On our last day, we spoke to the GM of the resort who was a very nice guy and told us about exciting new construction that will be taking place at this resort. We might have to come back for that!

Great place to stay, two pools plus the beach and sea. Good 24 hour restaurant, nice breakfast. Very good service and friendly staff. Nice place to stay and relax, our room was spacious and clean.

I was appalled
Booked the hotel for a business trip. My local driver had a little difficulty in finding the hotel reception which has a different entry gate as the accommodation building, didn't help that it was almost 11pm and street lamps were scarce. Check in was swift and hotel staff were able to communicate in English, I was sent to the accommodation building via a buggy (they have a few buildings, believe to house different room types). There was no lift on the low rise resort style building which I stayed, so families with elderlies be mindful to request for ground floor rooms. Upon entering the room, there was a weird smell. The hotel staff assisted me in turning on the lights and aircon system, very helpful! After he's left, I was horrified to discover that the room floor area was wet with condensation. Wardrobe had an unbearable humid-store smell, I closed the doors within the next second. Bed and pillows too had a wet smell, I had a hard time sleeping and waking up almost every half an hour. I didn't complain as it was too much hassle to change a room when I have to check out early in the morning. When I was awake at 5am, finally the room felt 'normal' and not so wet since the aircon was on for 6 hours. We're near the sea so being 'wet' is understandable, but I guess a proper ventilation system and new furnitures to suit the climate would help.

Relaxing & Enjoyable Vacation
We chose a pool access villa and it was great with lush green garden next to it. Perfect place to spend a lazy and relaxing holiday. Lots of action in Pattaya. Was close enough to the city, but great getaway after the hustle & bustle of a city life where we live. Special thanks to Ms Orawan & Ms Ann for making the stay even more memorable. Breakfast needs to be upgraded & if the property had more restaurants next to the beach, it would be awesome, because there are beach side small restaurants & fine dining places which are doing very well. Will definitely visit again.
