Although this room was a bit smaller than expected, it definitely got the job done for a night. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable! My husband and I could not get the air to work but since we had a window, we just slept with it cracked open and we were fine.

First of all, I would like to thank you for great welcome by reception. A smooth and warm voice tone was the first thing that greets us, which is probably more important than many things. The hotel is very close to Champs-Elysee and between the important metro lines 1 and 9. There're many food options nearby, a mid-size market and a pharmacy is also very close. Although the location, room vas very quite. Bathroom was very satisfactory because there was always hot water, enough towels and all the things were very clean. The only negligible thing is, TV is not connected to hotel internet although it was a smart tv, but it's really not important. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. I rated this property lower than I expected as the lift was NOT working and it was not disclosed in the reservation as I would have never booked a hotel with no lift knowing how much luggage I had. I suffer with chronic back problems, staircase was narrow and dangerous. Although the Lady at reception desk, with the long hair was very professional and polite.

In late fall and winter, especially around the festivities, it's hard the AC is turned to heater only. This forced us to turn off the heat and open the windows, which made it very difficult to sleep uninterruptedly. We could hear in the room all the car and human noises from the street below. I'm sure this may not be the case in spring and summer because the property turns the AC on, so guests won't have to keep the balcony doors open. Otherwise, the property is impeccably clean, the staff is extremely cooperative, and its location is prime real estate.

Soggiorno in questo hotel piccolo e famigliare sopra ogni aspettativa . Recentemente ristrutturato si trova in una zona vicino ai negozi e vicino alla metro . Camera pulita e biancheria da letto e da bagno ottimi . Personale molto gentile . Se tornassi a Parigi lo terrei sicuramente in considerazione .

Ottima posizione, in una traversa de Avenue de Champs Elysées. 3 punti della metro vicini, compreso Etoile per raggiungere direttamente Disneyland o gli aeroporti (questi con un cambio). Molto pulito, biancheria cambiata giornalmente e fornitissima, phon (ottimo!!), caffè e biscotti sempre presenti in camera, saponi e creme dyptique (ottima qualità). Personale gentile e disponibile h24. Torneremo a Parigi in questo hotel sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!!

Nydelig lite hotell.
Tusen takk for et kjempefint opphold på Hotel de la Boetie! Det er et nydelig lite hotell, med god seng, fin og passe stor frokost, og mange spennende bøker en kan kose seg med! Så hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening! Veldig fint for singel dame på Parisbesøk!

Personnel sérieux mais tres mal dormi beaucoup de bruit avec des locataires peu scrupuleux des autres un peu déçu du petit déjeuner un seul café et un service un peu long et le buffet très léger pour le prix Sino la chambre propre du linge ok et une literie confirtable
