You get a lot for your money here. Good walkable location, clean and modern at great price. Special deference for the security person in the early morning. He is super gentle, got me a taxi and a coffee. I will definitely be back

It would be more helpful if more of the staff spoke English. Aside from 1 or 2 front desk receptionists, it was a challenge to ask any ?’s and request things such as extra towels, coffee, etc.

Really Nice place but the bad point is the shower pressure… soooo weak !!! Parking is expensive for what is but gym and rooms are really nice

Comfy bed, very clean and nice and cozy room, elevators available. You don’t see Eiffel Tower only if you are at level 7 probably. We did not eat at the hotel because there are all sorts of boulangeries in the area. The windows are not offering so much noise cancellation. The room does not offer a minifridge.

We transferred to this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel a few blocks away and it was the best decision ever. The property is in top shape and the rooms have a lot of space, very clean and is super close to the Eiffel Tower and a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend!

You will get water only at your first night of stay. Rest of the nights/days if you ask for water they will charge you 5€ for each water. There are no fridges in the rooms so you cant stock any water nor beverages. This is really lacking condition of the hotel being 4 stars SHAME !

We got to the hotel a few hours earlier than the actual check in time and so jet lagged. Entered the hotel and it smells soooooo bad! The elevators smell so bad. Anyways the front desk person told us they don’t have a room ready and that a room might be available around 12. We went for a walk- the location is an easy walk to the river and all the views…. Ate and back to hotel around 1 since we were passing out. The guy still told us no room available. This was strange to me, but oh ok! Then with in 10 mins he checks in 3 other parties and they all go to their rooms. I asked him again and after 15 min he had a room for us. So not cool! Then we get to the room and the water doesn’t go down the sink and you had to wait long before washing your hands again. Definitely not how a 4 star hotel should be.

My first time in Paris and it was an amazing experience, the hotel itself is clean, safe and a great breakfast, the staff is amazing and always looking out on what they could help, plus the prices are affordable for a city like Paris, I would deve recommend it and hope I come back again soon.

this hotel are perfect for us, very clean the staff are very nice and helpful. From hotel to go to eiffel tower 20 minutes walk or you can go for a walk 10 minutes and then go by bus 30 with 2 stop you are in bir hakeim and 3 stop in. eiffel tower. walk 10 minutes to go to Laduree’s cake shop.

Hotel was clean and safe. Our room didn’t smell great on second day but staff sorted it. We asked for an additional blanket, never got this upon asking at reception. Was disappointed of the lack of options recommended when we couldn’t go out due to metro strike. Taxi called wanted to rip us off with e90 plus, no fixed cost offer for a further destination, taxi driver was very rude, instead we opted for Uber at e70. French people out and about were rude, unless you were buying a service from them then the were fine.

Good potential but inadequate service and policies
This hotel is well located, and rooms are generally of good size and condition. However, there were significant drawbacks: 1. When I checked in the receptionist insisted to charge my credit card up-front for the entire stay (6 nights) instead of at checkout. He also mentioned that if on any specific day I would like to have breakfast - I should first come to pay and then I can have it. The same applies for room service. When I arrived to my room - the toilet seat had some stains from previous users. Much more significant was the fact that the ventilation system was not working, it was a relatively hot week, and the advice I was given was to sleep with an open window (and bare the noise and smells coming from outside). Despite my request, once I used the coffee supplies and water bottles at my first night, those were not replenished, because "this is the policy of the hotel" (as said, I stayed there for 6 nights). One night I arrived late from a long day of meetings to find that all my towels were taken but for one, and toiletries were not replenished. When I asked for an invoice in the evening prior to my departure, so to save time in the morning - I was answered that they cannot do this, and I will have to deal with this only after I physically check out. To summarise - despite the potential, I would not come back to this hotel nor recommend others to do so

dear guest,Thank you for your return post departure. any criticis is well taken into account in order to evolve our services and bring the best comfort to our customers.I come-back to some points that you mentioned in your email.- Regarding payment in advance. our managers have put it in place to make departures more fluid, which are most of the time too busy. and the waiting time can be longer. which generates tension and puts pressure on our receptionists. when it's done everyone is quiet. we don't talk about it anymore.- concerning paid services in advance. we have decided to have them settled in advance. because many of our customers leave without paying for the extras that have been consumed during their stay. either by forgetfulness or dishonesty. in the face of enormous losses, we have put this system in place until we find other solutions.- The air conditioning system in our hotel is centralized. it allows us to choose a function depending on the season. Either air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. therefore, we unfortunately cannot meet all the requirements because 99% of customers require winter heating.- The invoice is edited on the day of departure and can also be sent by email to customers.I hope that we have answered your questions and that you will understand our position and our decisions. with the sole aim of satisfying our customers and offering them a good stay.Best regards

Hotels ac didn’t work, it was so hot and disgusting. The rooms smelled very bad Aswell. Staff was pretty useless. If I could rate this hotel negative ratings I definitely would. Stay away at all costs
