This hotel is very new! It has air condition. Hotel is very clean. The breakfast is great. Just 1 minute to the subway station. Lots of stores around. Perfect hotel to stay in Paris! Will come back again for our next visit.

The metro is super close to the hotel, many of dining options around, the room was a nice size to be in Paris, and we were able to see the eiffel tower from our room! Breakfast was nice and complete

My stay at this hotel was excellent. It was so close to the metro, quiet and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again! A cute and small hotel worth every penny!

Small, but nice and clean.
Hotel was only 2 miles from Eiffel Tower. Not too bad, but further away from other points of interest in Paris so metro and taxi's were needed. St. Cloud metro station right outside the hotel to access other points of interest. The room was clean and had a double bed and a single bed so it easily accommodated 3 people. Bathroom was nice and updated. The room was very small. The beds took up all the space so little room for moving around or our luggage. However, we spent most all of our time out and about and the room was only needed for sleep so it wasn't that bad. We felt it was in a safe location. Sit down and fast food restaurants within a short walk. The hotel did have a hot breakfast available for purchase every morning, but we did not take advantage of it. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with a short stay in Paris.

Nice location, big room, bad AC
The hotel was in a good location and the room was big and the staff was friendly. The issue I had was with the AC. It was too warm. The AC never cooled the room. I did complain, but obviously they couldn’t do anything about it. They need to fix the AC or have fans.

Even though I sent several messages, the front desk didn’t get them or so they said. Asher was helpful with getting me and my son 2 beds but it too awhile to convince him at 1:30 am. The next morning I wanted to get coffee and Patrick at the front desk was very rude.

Very close to public transportation. Staff was bilingual and VERY professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was great. Very enjoyable stay. I would hope that in the future as long as Covid exist. Holiday Inn would take the leadership in directing tourist to facilities to help finding Tourist friendly testing centers. Language barriers tended to be an obstacle. Again, the staff at this Holiday Inn was very helpful to us.

Great little hotel. Great service. Good location for Parc De Princes. Good breakfast. Only gripe would be air conditioning not on during winter months. It was too hot in the bedroom. Great stay though

What a great hotel, regardless the location, it have a very helpful staff, near the St. Cloud metro station, really really good service, great rooms accommodation, we enjoy a lot our stay there, we want to come back
