All staff I interacted with were lovely and kind. The hotel was very clean, and right in front of St Anthony's church, and very close to Prato della Valle. There are bars and restaurants very close by.

Budget hotel in the middle of town
We stay one night at this hotel and choose it for its proximity to San Antony Cathedral. It is a budget hotel, the room and bathroom were very small and had not even a minifridge. But the place was clean, the bed was comfi for a good night sleep, the people very nice and accommodating. they have a easy parking on premises which was very convenient. In general we like the place, it was good enough for the price.

Though the staff was kind enough to have maintenance put bleach in our toilet, it still smelled like a sewer throughout the room andmade me nauseous. The tile in the shower had mold. The loud construction made it difficult to rest during the day. I asked to change rooms but they said no. The WiFi was not responding well. Had to sign in over and over. On Orbitz it boasts laundry services which is not so. I repeat there is NO LAUNDRY. The staff directed me to a laundromat (thank you) but I missed out on time with family due to having to wash and dry my own laundry. It was the reason I booked the hotel. Overall just disappointed and tried to book a different hotel but all were sold out. Honestly our room was like an overpriced hostel. Avoid room 146 at all costs.

This is a clean friendly hotel in a superb location. I was in the newer Galileo annex, but it’s all in the same complex, so doesn’t feel so separate. The room was very clean and modern, if a bit spartan with no decoration at all. The front desk were helpful and polite, and the breakfast buffet was fine. My only complaint would be that the room wifi was virtually non existent. I had to go out into the corridor to get a very weak signal. When all tickets, bookings etc are online it’s a huge setback not to have wifi, so for that reason, I’d probably not stay there again, which is a pity as otherwise it’s a nice place.

Great location next to St Anthony's enormous cathedral. Helpful staff. Long walk to our rooms but rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Only one problem: we're so far from the router that there's no wifi in the rooms.

Property is in perfect spot , could improve cleaning around window area specifically out side the window as there was so much bird sh..on it true our entire stay. Other than that we would be back soon

This hotel has a great location and staff. The room is large, new, bed is comfortable, and bathroom is huge. Downside was the AC did not work very well, but thank god they had a fan to keep me cool. Internet never work but I did not ask them to address so not totally their fault.

We loved the location of Hotel Casa del Pellegrino. The staff was wonderful, the next door restaurant was really excellent and the room was large and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The best location to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. Plus the restaurant on the corner was fantastic. Even the parking at this hotel was very very good. The only thing we did not like was the hard mattress, but we found hard mattresses every where we stayed in Italy. If you pre-pay make sure you have your receipt with you, because they did try to charge us again for the full stay. However, it was quickly resolved.

Hotel Casa del Pellegrino was wonderful. No frills, but super clean and accommodating. I was super comfortable and felt safe and secure. Perfect location if you are looking to visit the Basilica. Parking available for 12$ euro a day as of September-October 2022. Staff are super friendly and accommodating- called for a taxi for us a few times and their system is quick and efficient. Wifi is great. We had breakfast included in our stay and they had an abundant options in food- warm and cold options, many juices and prepackaged goods too. Lovely outdoor area to sit and eat too. Gelato shop right next door. I will definitely be returning!!!

Wonderful stay
Fabulous Italian style hotel in a great location. We spent three days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly. The room was spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are so many restaurants and cafés nearby. We would definitely return to the area and will be staying at this beautiful hotel

The room was amazing, very clean and seemed newly renovated. The only suggestion I would have would be to clean the common areas, like the staircase and the hallways, as they give a bad first impression, but the room itself was excellent.

The room had good AC, a fridge, and a small balcony with a nice view of the Basilica of Saint Anthony. It was clean and comfortable, and appeared to have been updated recently. Despite overlooking the street it was very quiet at night, though the church bells will probably wake you in the morning. There are many restaurants, cafes, gelatarias, and shops nearby, and Padova is a very charming little city with some amazing art. Note: We switched rooms because we wanted a double bed, but were initially assigned a room with three twin beds. The initial room appeared to be a little more dated, with no fridge, and it overlooked the courtyard. Despite the hotel being full, the staff (particularly Giorgia) were very friendly and helpful in accommodating our request.

Lovely hotel, great staff.
Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, with a view of the basilica. Everything that you would want from a three star hotel, clean and well equipped without being over fancy. Nice to have a safe in the room. We'll stay here again next time. I gave a four out of five review, they only lost out on the full five stars as the shower cubicle in our bathroom was a bit small. I recommend the nearby Pizzeria Al Borgo for price, quality and service too.

Our first room was in the main building and looked like something out of the Charles Dickens orphanage , it had like 5 foul beds in it and a perfume scent that gagged . They moved us to the newer part of the hotel, charging us and additional 16 euros , it was new and nice
