宿泊予定日の３日前に予約したので、早急にチェックインや駐車場の確認しておきたくて電話する(常識時間内に１時間毎)もコールはするがまったく出ない。エクスペディア経由のメールは確認したいことの答えが不明瞭に返ってくるしタイムラグがある。ホテル名を検索しても、公式サイトも出てこない。マップで確認したりそのホテルがあるという建物内の店舗に電話して確認するが、実体があるホテルなのかというところが確信が持てずかなり不安に。宿泊先の確実な予約を優先して、結局キャンセル料100％負担で他のホテルを取った。どうもオーナーさんは中国の人。公式サイトはあるというが、中国サイト。ターゲットは中国人の日本旅行者のようだ。日本とサービス形態が違うかもしれないし、とにかくホテル側に連絡がとれないので、デメリットが大きいホテルだと感じた。
