Awesome place if you are staying in Osaka. Would highly recommend. Our favorite place while in Japan and we revealed quite a bit. Plus Roberto at the front desk was awesome!

Clean and spacious hotel room. Modern and stylish lobby. Quite a walk from Osaka Station but generally it is still acceptable. Hotel staffs were friendly and the entire stay duration was a pleasant one.

Every night motorcycle made noisy around 11:00 p.m until 2-3 a.m. Also,the hotel do not have public transportation provide from Airport to Hotel. We need to carry all your luggages from station to hotel around 10-15 min walk.

We stayed in a Deluxe loft, 1 Queen bed with sofa bed Pros: - convenient location, lose to interesting shops and cafes. Short walk to the subway station. Cons: - the room was facing the main street. By night-time it was so noisy. We were on the 4th floor and could hear people talking on the sideways below us and the cars/motorbike noise was all loud all night. Then in the morning, you can hear buses braking every time they stopped. The next morning, I told someone in reception and they were able to offer us a new room on a higher floor (14th) which was much quieter. - the buffet breakfast was simply not good and very low quality. It was included with our stay and we almost wanted to skip it and get something better in the neighbourhood.

This place was an awesome stay in Osaka! The staff was wonderful, the food was great, and the room felt massive compared to our Tokyo and Kyoto hotels. Super clean and comfy. They provided us with fresh water bottles every day which was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Loved it here so much, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and personable! Close to different lines and beautiful rooms! Only thing was that there are only two laundry machines so you have to reserve a time and it’s a washer/dryer in one, and it did not fully clean /dry out clothes, there is a 2 hour time limit on the washer and we had to go to a laundr-o mat after wasting 2 hours trying to use the ones in the hotel :/ skip the hotel laundry and go to a nearby laundry mat. But that’s the only slightly inconvenient thing, we lived it here so so much!
