Check in went well, after getting to our room and examined room found blood stain on floor, damaged furniture. Decided weโd stay the night and leave in morning. When getting ready for bed we found bed bugs in the sheets. Immediately packed up and left. Management was very cooperative and gave us a refund. You get what you pay for. Spend your dollar elsewhere.
The check in was easy and customer service agents were very nice and helpful. The lobby looks great. Itโs clean and we felt safe. The rooms are all in 2 story detached motel-like buildings with no elevators. The bathroom is small. The beds were comfortable. It worked for us, we only needed to stay one night.
We had terrible night on the 2nd night. One of the neighbor rooms, has a dog, and left unattended. The dog kept barking from 9pm to 1am. Called front desk, after long time, the owner came back, the dog stopped barking. The 3rd night, as soon as we came back, around 7pm. Heard the dog barks again, started to call front desk twice, they always say to send security over. I don't they ever come at all. I asked to switch room, the front desk keeps ignoring me by replying to send security over. I don't see them caring the customers at all. Not solving problem effectively and providing the customer satisfaction.
