we like it most of them it’s better if there are more information in the room especially for the hot water. i didn’t recognize i should switch on for it. we like that we don’t need the key to enter our room but PIN code. the location is excellent. it takes about 15 minutes for Kokusaidori on foot. there are some parking lots near the hotel about 800 JPY a day and convenience store. the basic kitchen stuff are in the living room so you can cook toilet and bath room are separated but you have to cloth off in the hallway for bath.

Our room smelled like sewage. Room amnesties are not thought through. Like if you take a shower there is no place to hang your towel outside of the bathroom, and if you put it inside it gets wet. Also, there is no space in bathroom to put your stuff, and one more thing! - Nothing screams "we are cheap" more than shampoo mixed with water.

ホテルに20時頃到着しましたが、誰もスタッフがいないのでチエックインの仕方が解かりませんでした。1泊しかしていませんが、ホテルの方とは携帯で話しただけで、1度もお会いしませんでした。 (外人の方、日本語は7割ぐらいは理解してそう) 設備については、使用しませんでしたが部屋には食器や炊飯器もあり自炊も可能です。 驚いたのはガスの衣類乾燥機が備えてあり、使用しませんでしたが洗濯物は 40分で乾きます。 チェックアウト後、本屋のビニール袋にテープで封をされた新品の本2冊を部屋に忘れたのに気が付いて、10時30分頃、国際通りの喫茶店から、 ホテルの外人さんに電話しました。チェックアウトから1時間もたっていないので、すぐに見つけて電話が来るだろうと思っていましたが、連絡は無く 東京に帰って18時ごろに確認の電話をしましたが、『 たった今連絡がきて、部屋には無かった 』　とのこと。　10時半に連絡をして、18時にやっと確認が出来るとはどういうことか?　電話してすぐに調べてくれたのか? チェックアウト後の掃除はいつするのか?　対応に不満を感じました。 忘れた方が悪いのでしょうが、現金の入った財布を落としても帰ってくる日本です。新品の本2冊どうなったのでしょうか? 掃除のときに捨てられたのか?、 掃除の方は届けたが、無いといってしまった手前、ホテルの外人さんが 今更あるとは言えないのか? ホテルのレベルは天と地よりもかけ離れていますが、大阪のリッツカールトンでは、お客様が忘れたメガネ(万年筆の時もあり)を、掃除の担当者が見つけて、その日のうちに東京まで新幹線で届けたという逸話があります。 その担当者は上司に相談も許可を得ることも無く行動したそうです。 『 すべてがお客様のために 』 とういう　『 クレド 』 いう行動基準によるものだそうです。 ぐだぐだ書きましたが、着払いでよいので捨ててなければ送ってください。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。
