"We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have breakfast available each morning at the hotel. Not a huge selection of breakfast items but it was sufficient. Staff was very kind. The only negative was in regards to housekeeping services. We were aware that housekeeping would come in every other day. We received fresh clean towels and garbages were emptied but beds were not made or sheets changed the 4 days we were there. Overall, it was a good hotel."

"I felt deceived be Expedia giving this sight a 9.2 rating. The room was very small and the sight was nothing fancy. We had an old time bed spread my grandma might have put on her bed. I’m in transition while I sell my house in Front Royal so I have been in many hotels. This one is more like a 6 or 7. I paid more for this room only because of the rating you gave it. I could have saved a lot by choosing a hotel with a 6 rating and would have been just as happy."

"I was excited to stay here because the old reviews were good- I was quickly disappointed. The property is extremely dated, the lobby smells like an ashtray and the old furniture is filthy. The elevator is small and has a dirty wooden floor. Our room smelled like a Glade factory blew up in it. The smell is so powerful our clothes smelled like it when we got home. "You need to know that this place is a dump (peeling paint, bad repair jobs, weird stains, threadbare towels, etc). I knew that. I've stayed there a few times. I'm probably done there. Why do I keep going back? The location is prime, and it's one of the cheapest places on the boardwalk. So if you like to save money and you're not too fussy, this place may be for you. It's right on the boardwalk, and the AC works. "
