"This particular night wasn’t great because of the guests in room 169 who were loud with people coming in and out the room, banging on the door until at least 1am. I did end up leaving and coming back the next morning just to check out. Other than that, the stay is usually always great."

"The location is beautiful. The room was inaccurate. I was thankful it did not get cold enough to use the fireplace but will come back in the fall. My only complaint was the parking situation. Overall excellent rating!!"

"Great attentive staff, I cannot stress this enough, from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk and bar staff. However good the employees, the facilities are outdated and deplorable, it smells of cleaning agents both in and out of the rooms. The worst part, getting up at 3am to catch an early flight only to discover there’s no hot water to shower, this is a basic necessity not really negotiable.
