This hotel is disgusting. If we weren’t exhausted and traveling with children, we would have left immediately, but it was close to midnight. Do not stay here. Period.

Due to the awful odour throughout the property and room, I could not stay at this hotel. I asked for a refund and returned the keys. The front desk clerk said the charges would be refunded. I will be following up to confirm.

This is an old, filthy, and smelly property. When I arrived at around 11 p.m., the three employees at the front desk were not at all cordial. The room appeared tidy at first, but there were stains, hair and indiscernible items on the bed sheets. The room smelled odd overall, the bathroom fittings were rusty, and the chairs had heavy stains on them. I noticed that the carpet in the room hadn't been cleaned when I discovered a hair band on the ground. When I checked out, I saw that the carpet in the hallway was filthy and that there was a lot of trash near the door. I spent $150 to be in what felt like a shelter for unhoused persons.

Difficult to find if you are from out of the area. The highways around and the directions can be unclear. Room was as showed. Dust and hair behind the beds

Nothing unique, they don’t offer shuttle service as it states in their check in service . The place is nothing like the pictures they advertise. Also, the smell is not good at all. The staff was good and helpful and the place was quiet

I will never stay in this hotel. First off, the restaurant was always closed. Elevator hallway, front desk was not friendly and was charging $3 for toilet paper when was none when we checked in. A bunch of no smoking signs but hallways and rooms all reeked of cigarette smell. Bathtub clogged up with water. Cops coming In looking for people that are about to be arrested on the 3rd floor. Overall horrible experience don’t stay there. DANGEROUS PARKING LOT! That’s why it’s free to park!

I thought this was the Wyndham Garden facility, which is not that much better but this was very run down and old. The smell, the stains all around the border of the room. But what should I expect for 100$

Room key card didn't work upon arrival, the telephone inside the room didn't work, smell of weed and cigarettes, no food options, hotel staff seemed underqualified. Run down place with sketchy hotel guests. Overpriced for what you get

I did not like the fact that there is no breakfast I would think that there would be a breakfast at the Howard Johnson I'm pretty sure every Howard Johnson I've been to has complimentary breakfast but this one The vending machines could have more of a selection being that it's by the airport I would have thought there would have been a little store with some toiletries and snacks and drinks maybe even a little liquor. Other than that all in all it is a nice hotel and is inexpensive close to the airport so it is convenient for travelers. I feel as though it should be pet friendly since it is by the airport and people travel with their pets. And if it isn't pet friendly I think this is the only thing that they should change is having pets there.

Lobby had security windows for staff which suggetes it was a dangerous place. Restaurant was CLOSED. No real lobby. Room smelled of disinfectant. carpet was torn. Towelss were clean and plentiul, bathroom clean but dangerous tub as there was no slip mat in the tub and I had a fall that could have been serious. Only one chair Staff person in the morning was good.

I called ahead to ensure that the hotel had an airport shuttle and was told it did. I asked for the shuttle schedule upon arrival and was told they had dropped the shuttle about 2 years ago. The travelocity listing said it had an adjoining restaurant. I asked about it while checking in and was told that it was closed today (a Tuesday). I asked if they had breakfast and they said it would be at the restaurant. The restaurant opened at 8:30 AM but we had to depart before 8 AM (with an Uber for $33 plus tip as there was no shuttle). The staff was responsive & friendly. The facility was clean but very worn.
